      Connect (add) your X (Twitter) account

      Connect X (Twitter) Accounts

      Connect in the browser version of SocialDog

      1. Visit the X (Twitter) official website and log in with the X (Twitter) account you want to link to SocialDog.
      2. Click on the icon in the bottom left corner.
      3. Click on "Social profiles".
      4. Click "Add a social profile".
        • If you have reached the maximum number of social profiles, an "Upgrade" screen will appear. In this case, please change your plan.
      5. A screen to select the social profile to add will be displayed. Click "X (Twitter) Account".
      6. The X (Twitter) authentication screen will be displayed. Click "Authorize app".

      Note: If you cannot link using the above steps, please check Regarding not being able to connect Twitter accounts.

      Connect in the SocialDog app

      • You cannot create a SocialDog account in the app version of SocialDog.
      • If you are not the team owner or if you belong to two or more teams in SocialDog, you cannot connect X (Twitter) accounts in the app. Please connect X (Twitter) accounts using the browser version of SocialDog.
      1. Open the SocialDog app and log in to your SocialDog account.
      2. Tap the icon in the top left corner.
      3. Tap "..." in the top right corner.
      4. Tap "Manage X (Twitter) accounts".
      5. Tap "Add a X (Twitter) account".
      6. The X (Twitter) authentication screen will be displayed. Log in with the X (Twitter) account you want to connect to SocialDog.

      Note: If you cannot link using the above steps, please try linking in the browser version of SocialDog and check Regarding not being able to connect Twitter accounts.

      Managing multiple social profiles with one SocialDog account

      In SocialDog, you can manage multiple social profiles within one team.

      The number of profiles you can link depends on the number of connected profiles in your current plan.
