When will I lose access to paid plan features after canceling?

The timing for when you lose access to paid plan features differs depending on whether you are in a "Free Trial" or "During a Paid Plan Subscription."

  • During a Free Trial: If you cancel, you will immediately lose access to paid plan features, and your account will switch to the Free plan.
  • During a Paid Plan Subscription: Your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. You will lose access to paid plan features after this period ends. You can continue to use the paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.

Will I receive a refund?

We do not offer any refunds or reimbursements for fees already paid.
