If you are unable to log in with two-factor authentication, please try the following:

Logging in with a backup code

You can log in using the backup codes you saved when setting up two-factor authentication.

  1. Access the login screen.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then click "Login".
  3. When the one-time password input screen appears, click "Use backup code".
  4. Enter the backup code and click "Authenticate" to log in.
    1. Disable two-factor authentication if necessary.
    2.  Please note that each backup code can only be used once. Therefore, it cannot be used for subsequent logins.

If you can't log in with a backup code

If you are unable to log in due to loss of backup codes or other reasons, identity verification is required.

Please contact us through the Contact Form.

Identity verification typically takes a few business days. Please note that it may take longer depending on the details of your inquiry.
