About Plans
SocialDog offers four paid plans and one free plan. As the features and prices differ for each plan, please use the one that is optimal for you.

Types of Plans
There are four types of plans: Free Plan, Personal Plan, Professional Plan, Business Plan, and Enterprise Plan. Only the Free Plan is free, all other plans are paid.
The functionalities increase in the following order: Personal Plan, Professional Plan, Business Plan, and Enterprise Plan.

Maximum Number of Social Profiles to Link
You can link between 1 to 10 social profiles (X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook).
The number of profiles that can be linked for each plan is as follows.
- Enterprise Plan: 10 profiles
- Business Plan: 5 profiles
- Professional: 3 profiles (only 1 X account)
- Personal Plan: 2 profiles (only 1 X account)
- Free Plan: 2 profiles (only 1 X account)
If you wish to link more than 10 social profiles, please contact Support including the number of social profiles you want to link.
Payment Methods (Monthly Payment & Annual Payment)
'Monthly Payment' is a method of paying the usage fee every month.
'Annual Payment' is a method of paying for one year's worth of fees every year.
With the annual payment, you can save up to 35% compared to the monthly payment.

Period Calculation
One month of the paid plan is calculated as follows:
If you apply on May 10th at 15:00, the payment will be made after 15:00 on June 10th, after 15:00 on July 10th, and so on.
If you use it for the first time, a '7-day free trial' will be applied.
Therefore, if you start using it at 15:00 on May 10th, the first payment will be made after 15:00 on May 17th. After that, it will follow the above cycle.
If there is no date in the following month, it will be the next day.
Example:
If you apply on May 31, the settlement will be on July 1 (as there is no June 31).
Settlement will be made on July 31, August 31, etc.
Payment is in advance, and if the settlement fails, it will automatically change to the Lite plan (free).
If you change between annual and monthly payment, the contract period will start anew at that point.

About Plan Changes
When changing from a paid plan to another paid plan, the fee will be adjusted, and the contract period will also start anew.

During the contract period, you cannot change to a lower plan (downgrade) than your current plan.
