This page explains how to contact SocialDog, the scope of support available, and response times.

Support Methods

We provide support through the following methods:

  • Our AI chatbot suggests solutions from help articles and other sources.
  • If the AI chatbot cannot resolve your issue, you can directly contact customer support.
  • Click the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and enter your question.

Email

  • We usually reply within 1 business day.
  • Please contact us via the Support Form.

Online Meeting (For Corporate Clients)

  • We offer online meetings (Google Meet) for specific consultations regarding the implementation and utilization of SocialDog.
  • If you wish to do so, please inform us through the form.

Scope of Support

Our customer support team provides assistance for the following:

  • Consultations regarding data acquisition
    • Acquisition of past data prior to SocialDog registration
    • Extraction of campaign winners (we may be able to handle complex extraction conditions)
    • Post and review data for social listening, etc.
  • Reporting bugs
    • Requests for investigation into operational flaws or errors
  • Requests and suggestions for features

Support Holidays

Our support desk is closed during the following periods. Please note that responses to inquiries will be provided on or after the next business day.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
  • Long holidays (Golden Week, Summer holidays, New Year holidays)
  • Temporary closing days
