      Can I retrieve data from before registering with SocialDog?

      We will explain which data can and cannot be retrieved from before your registration with SocialDog.

      SocialDog retrieves data from social networks using APIs provided by each social network company. Due to API specifications, some data from before SocialDog registration can be retrieved, while other data cannot.

      SocialDog does not support Facebook page analysis.

      X (Twitter)

      Analytics

      • Data that cannot be retrieved from before SocialDog registration
        • Number of follows
        • Number of followers
      • Data that can be retrieved from before SocialDog registration
        • Analysis data for the most recent 3,200 posts (following items) (only when you first connect your X (Twitter) account to SocialDog after upgrading to Business or Enterprise plan (*))
          • Post content
          • Number of posts
          • Impressions
          • Engagement (replies, reposts, likes)

      (*) Retrieval of 3,200 posts occurs only during the initial connection.

      If you were not on a Business or Enterprise plan during the initial connection and later upgraded to one of these plans, manual updates will retrieve data for the most recent 1,000 posts, while automatic updates will retrieve data for the most recent 400 posts.

      • Example: If you made the initial connection while on the Free plan and later upgraded to the Business plan, you can retrieve data for the most recent 1,000 posts (manual update) or the most recent 400 posts (automatic update) at the time of the upgrade.
