CSV download: The number of records included in CSV files is limited to up to 10.
- Contests: Contest applicants are collected only up to 10 users. From the 11th user onward, applicants are not collected during the trial period.

How to end the free trial and subscribe to a paid plan again
When the free trial period ends, your account will automatically transition to a paid plan. If you would like to remove the limitations sooner, please follow the steps below to subscribe to a paid plan.
- Click “Plan / Billing”.
- Click "Cancel plan".
- Click "Continue cancelling".
- After completing the questionnaire, click the "Cancel the [Plan Name]".
Please do not close the screen until you the next page displays. - After cancellation is complete, on the “Plan / Billing” screen, click “Change plan or options”.
- Apply for your preferred paid plan.
