- From May 3rd to May 6th an issue occurred that caused the dashboard and other analytics data, as well as follower and following data to not be updated. Due to this inability to update data, some data loss occurred.
- Data updates are currently being carried out without issue.
Period of occurrence
- From May 3rd approx. 9:00 AM to May 7th approx. 4:00 AM (JST)
Note: The incident has now been resolved.
Affected users
- The SocialDog analytics data of all X (Twitter) accounts connected to SocialDog.
Impacted features
- Dashboard, follower analytics, and “Followers”
- ”Followers” features excluding the “Post engagement” feature (such as “New followers”)
About data from May 3rd to May 6th
- Data that was unable to be retrieved cannot be re-retrieved in the future. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
- Data that had changes between May 3rd and May 6th will be reflected on SocialDog together when data updates resume. The date these changes will be displayed as occurring on will depend on when the data update takes place.
- If a data update took place between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM on May 7th: Changes that took place from May 3rd to May 6th will be displayed as changes for May 6th.
- If data was updated after 9:00 AM on May 7th: Changes that took place from May 3rd to May 7th will be displayed as changes for May 7th.

- Data was unable to be retrieved correctly from X (Twitter).
- Details of the cause of the incident are currently being investigated.
