New Features

• The following features are now available for Free plans:
  • Follower Management
  • Quick Filters
  • Basic Sorting
  • Basic Metric Trends
  • For more details, please see Free Plan now includes Follower Management capabilities.
• You can now set roles for each team member per social media account.
  • The following two types of roles can be set:
    • Social Media Account Administrator
    • Post Editor
  • This enables operations such as:
    • Allowing specific members to only draft posts
    • Preventing erroneous posts to social media accounts outside their responsibility

Improvements and Bug Fixes

• In the Campaign feature, we have made changes to allow you to review the content of DMs with gift codes.
