New Features

• The following features are now available for the Free Plan:
  • Follower Management
  • Quick Filters
  • Basic Sorting
  • Basic Metric Trends

• You can now set roles for each team member on a per-social-media-account basis.
  • The following two types of roles can be set:
    • Social Media Account Administrator
    • Post Editor
  • This enables the following operational scenarios:
    • Allowing specific members to only create post drafts
    • Preventing accidental posts to unassigned social media accounts
  • For more details, please refer to Roles for each social media account.

Improvements and Bug Fixes

• The Campaign feature has been updated to allow reviewing direct message (DM) content that includes gift codes.
