Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Resolved an issue where drafts with an unspecified posting destination were not displayed in the list when only one Instagram/Facebook account was linked.
• Added a help link on the Social Media Connection screen for the scenario "If you cannot find the Facebook Page you want to add".
