Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Fixed an issue where drafts without a configured post destination were not displayed in the list when only one linked social media account (Instagram/Facebook) was connected.
• Added a link to Help on the Social Media Integration screen for 'If you cannot find the Facebook page you want to Add'.
