Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Fixed an issue where drafts without a specified posting destination were not displayed in the list when only one linked social media (Instagram/Facebook) account was connected.
• Added a help link to the social media integration screen for "If you cannot find the Facebook Page you want to add."
