What SocialDog cannot do

This page explains features and operations that are not supported by SocialDog.

Bulk Operations

The following operations cannot be performed in bulk:

• Bulk follow/unfollow
• Bulk deletion of posts
• Bulk block/mute of users

You can rapidly follow and unfollow by repeatedly clicking/tapping.

Data Retrieval Before Integration

Some data cannot be retrieved before integrating your SNS account with SocialDog.

Some X Premium Features

The following X Premium (Twitter Blue) features are not supported because X (formerly Twitter) does not provide external APIs for them:

• Bold/italic text
• Post-editing

However, long posts exceeding 140 characters are supported.

Video Thumbnail Settings

It is not possible to set thumbnail images for videos across all SNS accounts.

Restrictions on Private Accounts

The following features cannot be used with private accounts:

• Analytics feature
• Data retrieval using the Collect posts containing keywords (Keyword Monitor) feature
• Data retrieval using the Check and react to users who engaged with posts feature

Limitations Due to SNS Platform Rules

SocialDog must comply with X (formerly Twitter)'s official "X Rules" and "Automation Rules," therefore the following are not possible:

• Automated sending of DMs/replies to users who followed you
• Automated posting to the timeline

DM Access

• You cannot view DMs received by the integrated SNS accounts.
