Things SocialDog cannot do
Unsupported Features and Operations
This page details the features and operations not supported by SocialDog.
Bulk Operations
The following operations cannot be performed in bulk:
- Bulk follow/unfollow
- Bulk deletion of posts
- Bulk block/mute of users
Rapid following and unfollowing can be achieved by "rapid-clicking."
Data Acquisition Prior to Integration
Some data from before integrating your SNS account with SocialDog cannot be retrieved.

Certain X Premium Features
The following features of X Premium (formerly Twitter Blue) are not supported. This is due to the lack of external API provision from X Corp.
- Bold/italic text formatting
- Post-publication editing
However, long posts exceeding 140 characters are supported.
Video Thumbnail Configuration
It is not possible to configure video thumbnail images for all SNS accounts.
Private Account Usage Restrictions
The following features are not available for private accounts:
- Analytics functionality
- Data acquisition using the Collect posts containing keywords (Keyword Monitor) feature
- Data acquisition using the View and react to users who engaged with posts feature
Limitations Based on SNS Rules
SocialDog must comply with the official X (formerly Twitter) "X Rules" and "Automation Rules," therefore the following actions are not permitted:
- Automatic sending of DMs/replies to users who followed you
- Automatic posting to the timeline
DM Review
- It is not possible to review DMs received by integrated SNS accounts.
