You can download completed security checklists based on the "Cloud Service Level Checklist" provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

Our customer support team will complete security checklists in your company's format, but only for customers who subscribe to the Enterprise Plan (annual).

Notes

• It takes approximately 5 business days for the security checklist to be returned.
  • Providing as much information as possible from the content of the above checklist when you contact us will help us return it sooner.
• We will only answer questions based on publicly available information. Depending on the content, we may not be able to provide an answer.
