This section explains the information security measures implemented by SocialDog.

ISO 27001 (ISMS) Certification

SocialDog Inc. has acquired ISO 27001 (ISMS) certification, an international standard also obtained by listed companies, and operates in accordance with strict Security standards.

ISO 27001 (ISMS) certification is an international standard for protecting information assets and ensuring adequate organizational Security. It is also referred to as Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Communication Security

To prevent communications from being eavesdropped on or tampered with by third parties, data is encrypted using SSL/TLS on All pages and in All communications.

Data Backup

Customer data is always backed up in preparation for failures. Even if data is lost due to human error by system administrators, a system is in place to restore the data.

Highly Secure and Reliable Data Centers

SocialDog is operated on domestic data centers (Tokyo region) of "Google Cloud Platform (GCP)", a cloud service operated by Google. GCP is used by many customers worldwide and is protected by extremely high reliability and world-class Security.

However, some data, such as payment and authentication systems, may be stored outside of GCP's domestic data centers.

Credit Card Information Security

Regarding Credit card information, it is strictly managed by Stripe, a highly reliable international payment platform that complies with the industry-standard Security benchmark PCI DSS and is a PCI Level 1 service provider. We do not Save Credit card information.

Social Profile IDs and Passwords

Customer Social profile data is acquired and Refreshed using a mechanism called "OAuth". There is no need to register your Social profile Password with SocialDog, and there is no risk of your Password being leaked.
