This document explains the information Security measures implemented by SocialDog.
ISO27001 (ISMS) Certification
SocialDog Co., Ltd. has acquired ISO27001 (ISMS) certification, an international standard also obtained by listed companies, and operates in accordance with strict Security standards.
ISO27001 (ISMS) certification is an international standard for protecting information assets and ensuring proper organizational Security. It is also known as an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Communication Security
To prevent communications from being eavesdropped on or tampered with by third parties, All data on All pages and All communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
Data Backup
Your data is constantly backed up in preparation for failures. Even if data is lost due to human error by system administrators, we have a system in place to restore the data.
Highly Secure and Reliable Data Center
SocialDog is operated on Google's cloud service "Google Cloud Platform (GCP)" in a domestic data center (Tokyo region). GCP is used by many customers worldwide and is protected by extremely high reliability and world-class Security.

Some data, such as payment and authentication information, may be stored outside of GCP's domestic data centers.
Credit Card Information Security
Credit card information is strictly managed by Stripe, a highly reliable international payment platform that complies with the industry-standard Security criterion PCI DSS and is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. We do not store Credit card information.
Social profile IDs and Passwords
Your Social profile data is retrieved and updated using a mechanism called "OAuth."
Since there is no need to register your Social profile Password with SocialDog, there is no risk of your Password being leaked.
