Child Safety Policy
SocialDog Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established and will adhere to this policy to prioritize child safety in the service "SocialDog" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company.
Prohibited Content
The Service strictly prohibits the transmission or posting of content (hereinafter referred to as "CSAM") that falls under the following categories:
- Content constituting child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Content promoting or supporting the exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Other content that may cause harmful effects to the physical or mental well-being of children.
Content Removal Criteria and Remedial Measures
If the Company determines that content transmitted by a user constitutes CSAM, appropriate measures such as account suspension or removal of the relevant content will be implemented after providing prior notification.
Reporting and Response
If CSAM is identified within the Service, appropriate actions such as reporting to law enforcement agencies and cooperating with investigations will be considered and implemented as necessary.
