Child Safety Policy

SocialDog Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes child safety as its utmost priority and has therefore established and adheres to this policy for the service "SocialDog" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company.

Prohibited Content​

The Service strictly prohibits the submission or publication of content that falls under the following categories (hereinafter referred to as "CSAM").

  • Content constituting child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Content that promotes or supports the exploitation or abuse of minors
  • Other content that may be harmful to the physical or mental well-being of children

Deletion Criteria and Countermeasures​

If the Company determines that user-submitted content constitutes CSAM, after providing prior notification, the Company will implement appropriate measures such as suspending the account or deleting the relevant content.

Reporting and Response​

If CSAM is identified within the Service, when necessary, the Company will consider and implement appropriate responses, including reporting to law enforcement agencies and cooperating with investigations.
