Child safety policy
SocialDog Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and adheres to this policy to make child safety a top priority in its service "SocialDog" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Prohibited Conduct
The Service strictly prohibits the transmission or posting of content (hereinafter referred to as "CSAM") that falls under the following categories:
- Content that constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Content that promotes or supports the exploitation or abuse of minors
- Other content that is potentially harmful to the physical or mental well-being of children
Deletion Criteria and Countermeasures
If the Company determines that user-submitted content constitutes CSAM, appropriate measures, such as suspension of Account usage and Delete of the relevant content, will be implemented after providing prior Notifications.
Notifications and Response
If CSAM is identified within the Service, appropriate measures, such as Notifications to law enforcement agencies and cooperation with investigations, will be considered and implemented as necessary.
