Support Methods
We offer support through the following methods:
Chat (Recommended)
- The AI chatbot provides solutions based on help articles and other resources.
- If the AI chatbot cannot resolve your issue, you can directly contact customer support.
- Click the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and enter your question.
Email
- We typically respond within 1 business day.
- Please contact us via the Support Form.
Online Meeting (For Corporate Clients)
- We offer online meetings (via Google Meet) to discuss specific inquiries regarding the implementation and utilization of SocialDog.
- If you wish to schedule one, please indicate so in the form.
Scope of Support
Our customer support team provides assistance for the following types of inquiries:
- Inquiries Regarding Data Acquisition
- Acquisition of historical data prior to SocialDog registration
- Extraction of campaign winners (complex extraction conditions may be supported)
- Post and review data for social listening, etc.

Our support desk is closed during the following periods. Please be aware that responses to inquiries will be provided on the next business day or later.
