This page explains how to install the SocialDog smartphone app (iOS/Android) and outlines features not supported by the app.

Unsupported Features and Operations in the App Version
- General
- Link X (Twitter) Account
- X (Twitter) accounts can be linked within the app only if both of the following conditions are met:
- You belong to only one team.
- Your role in that team's Manage Team Members is set to [Owner].
- X (Twitter) accounts can be linked within the app only if both of the following conditions are met:
- Instagram and Facebook related features
- CSV download
- Paid plan subscription
- Enabling/disabling two-factor authentication (Login with two-factor authentication is supported)
- Changing team settings
- Inviting other users to the team
- Manage Team Members
- Link X (Twitter) Account
- Analytics
- Post Performance
- Benchmarks
- Inbox
- Editing/deleting keyword monitors
- While keywords added to a keyword monitor cannot be edited, new keywords can be added to a keyword monitor.

Checking the Version
- Launch the app.
- Tap your account icon to open the menu.
- Tap the [gear icon] at the bottom of the menu.

- Check the value "version xx.xx-xxxxx" displayed at the very bottom.
