Actions and Features Not Supported in the App Version

  • Connect X (Twitter) Account
    • You can connect X (Twitter) accounts in the app only if both of the following conditions are met:
      • You belong to only one team.
      • Your team member role in that team is [Owner].
        • For details, see Manage Team Members.
  • Instagram and Facebook related features
  • CSV Download
  • Paid plan subscriptions
  • Enabling/disabling two-factor authentication (Login with two-factor authentication is supported)
  • Changing team settings
  • Inviting other users to a team

• Inbox
  • Editing/deleting Keyword Monitor
    • You cannot edit keywords added to Keyword Monitor, but you can add keywords to Keyword Monitor.

How to Check the Version

1. Launch the app.
2. Tap the account icon to open the menu.
3. Tap the [gear icon] at the bottom of the menu.
4. Check the "version xx.xx-xxxxx" value written at the bottom.
