Data acquisition before linking social media accounts

This page outlines the types of data that can and cannot be retrieved before integrating with SocialDog.

X (Twitter)​

Analytics​

  • Retrievable Data
    • Analytics data for the latest 3,200 posts (paid plans only)
      • Post content
        • For Personal and Professional plans, only the latest 5 posts within the specified period or the top 5 posts by engagement (replies, likes, reposts) are viewable on the dashboard.
      • Number of posts
      • Impressions
      • Engagement (replies, reposts, likes)
  • Non-retrievable Data
    • Following history
    • Following count (※)
    • Follower count (※)

※SocialDog periodically retrieves user information regardless of whether an account is connected to SocialDog. Therefore, it may be possible to view following and follower counts from before the integration.

    • Keyword Monitor (posts from the past 30 days)
  • Non-retrievable Data
    • @mentions

Followers​

  • Retrievable Data
    • Latest list of followings and followers
    • Latest user information for followings and followers (e.g., following count, follower count, X (Twitter) join date)
  • Non-retrievable Data
    • Follower history
    • Date followed
    • Date followed back

Post Reactions​

  • Non-retrievable Data
    • Reactions (reposts, likes, quote posts) to posts from the connected account
