Manage team settings.
By utilizing "Teams," you can collaboratively manage multiple users and multiple social media accounts.
What is a Team?
A team is a unit comprising SocialDog accounts, social media accounts, and plans that utilize SocialDog's features.
You can collaboratively manage users who are team members and the social media accounts within the team.
When you sign up for SocialDog, a "default team" is created for each user.
What a Team Includes

- Team Members (SocialDog Accounts)
- A SocialDog account can be a member of multiple teams.
- Social Media Accounts
- A social media account cannot be linked to multiple teams.
- Plans and Payment Methods
- Team members can utilize the features of the team's plan for the team's social media accounts.
"Teams" is a successor feature to the "Managed Users" functionality. For details on migrating from the "Managed Users" functionality, please refer to this announcement.
Creating a Team
- Click the team icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click Create Team.
Alternatively, click [Switch Teams] → Create Team. - Enter a name for the team you want to create, then click [Next].
- Select the plan you wish to subscribe to for the team you are creating.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create the team.

If you belong to a Free plan team, you cannot select a Free plan for a newly created team.
Deleting a Team
Team owners can delete a team by following these steps:
- Click the icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click Team Settings.
- Click [Delete Team].
- A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you want to proceed with deleting the team. Click [Delete].
Paid plan teams cannot be deleted until they are downgraded to a Free plan.
If you need to delete your team immediately, please contact us via the support form.
Changing Team Settings
- Access Team Settings.
- The currently configured settings will be displayed. Click [Team Name] or [Time Zone].
- Modify the value, then click [Change].
To set to Japan Standard Time, select (GMT+09:00) Asia/Tokyo.
When a team is created, the timezone is automatically set by default to the browser's timezone for the owner.
