Googleアカウント・Appleのアカウントを使って登録やログインする方法を説明します。

「Googleでログイン」「Appleでサインイン」でSocialDogアカウントの作成、ログインができます。

概要​

あらかじめSocialDogアカウントとGoogle・Appleアカウントを連携することで、Googleアカウント・AppleアカウントでSocialDogにログインできるようになります。

tip

GoogleやAppleのアカウントでログインする場合、SocialDogの二要素認証は適用されません。セキュリティを強化するには、GoogleやAppleアカウント側で二要素認証を設定してください。

Googleアカウント・Appleのアカウントで新規登録（SocialDogアカウントを新規作成する）​

  1. ［アカウント作成］を開きます。
  2. 「Googleで続ける」または「Appleで続ける」をクリックして、それぞれの認証画面で認証します。
tip

Googleアカウント・Appleアカウントで新規登録すると、それらのアカウントが自動的にSocialDogアカウントと連携されます。

SocialDogアカウントにGoogleアカウント・Appleアカウントを連携する​

Googleアカウント・Appleアカウントでログインするには、SocialDogにログインした状態で、Googleアカウント・Appleアカウントとの連携が必要です。

  1. ［アカウント設定］→［セキュリティ］を開きます。
  2. GoogleまたはAppleの項目で、［連携］をクリックします。
  3. ログインに利用するアカウントを選択します。それぞれの認証画面で認証します。
  4. 完了すると［連携済み］と表示され、GoogleやAppleアカウントでログインできるようになります。

GoogleやAppleのアカウントでログインする​

  1. ログイン画面を開きます。
  2. 「Googleで続ける」または「Appleで続ける」をクリックして、それぞれの認証画面で認証します。

Googleアカウント・Appleアカウントとの連携を解除する​

  1. ［アカウント設定］→［セキュリティ］を開きます。
  2. GoogleまたはAppleの項目で、［連携解除］をクリックします。
tip

パスワードが未設定の場合、Google・Appleの連携をすべて解除することはできません。すべての連携を解除したい場合は、事前にパスワードを設定してください。

連携したGoogleアカウント・Appleアカウントを変更する​

  1. ［アカウント設定］→［セキュリティ］を開きます。
  2. GoogleまたはAppleの項目で、［連携解除］をクリックします。
  3. GoogleまたはAppleの項目で、［連携］をクリックします。
  4. ログインに利用するアカウントを選択します。それぞれの認証画面で認証します。
  5. 完了すると［連携済み］と表示され、GoogleやAppleアカウントでログインできるようになります。

Google One Tap（自動ログイン）​

ブラウザの状態によってGoogleのワンタップログイン（One Tap）が表示される場合があります。

この場合は、Googleアカウントを選択すると、ワンクリックでログインできます。

Appleのメールを非公開​

Appleアカウントで「メールを非公開」を選択すると、（ランダムな文字列）@privaterelay.appleid.com のメールアドレスが登録される場合があります。

このアドレス宛のメールはAppleを経由して、実際のメールアドレスへ転送されます。受信できない場合は、Appleの転送設定や受信拒否設定をご確認ください。

「このAppleアカウントでは登録できません。」と表示される場合​

AppleアカウントでのSocialDogアカウントの新規登録をキャンセルした場合、同じAppleアカウントを利用するにはSocialDogとの連携を解除する必要があります。

  1. [Apple Accountのサインインとセキュリティ] を開きます。
  2. [Appleでサインイン]をクリックします。
  3. [SocialDog]をクリックします。
  4. [「Appleでサインイン」の使用を停止]を選択し、[使用を停止]をクリックします。
  5. 完了後、新規登録から同じAppleアカウントを利用して再度登録できるようになります。

Appleアカウントにログインする際に「本人確認を完了できませんでした。もう一度お試しください」と表示される場合​

短時間にログイン操作を行なったため、ログインが制限されている可能性があります。しばらく時間を置いてから再度連携をおため

To register and log in using your Google or Apple account, follow these steps.

You can create or log in to your SocialDog account using "Continue with Google" or "Sign In with Apple".

Overview​

By linking your SocialDog account with your Google or Apple account in advance, you will be able to log in to SocialDog using your Google or Apple account.

tip

When logging in with Google or Apple accounts, SocialDog's two-factor authentication is not applied. To enhance security, please set up two-factor authentication on your Google or Apple account.

Registering with Google/Apple Accounts (Creating a New SocialDog Account)​

  1. Open Create Account.
  2. Click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" and authenticate on the respective authentication screen.
tip

When you register with a Google or Apple account, those accounts are automatically linked to your SocialDog account.

Linking Google/Apple Accounts to Your SocialDog Account​

To log in with a Google or Apple account, you need to link your SocialDog account with your Google or Apple account while logged into SocialDog.

  1. Open Account Settings → Security.
  2. Under the Google or Apple section, click [Link].
  3. Select the account you want to use for login. Authenticate on the respective authentication screen.
  4. Once completed, [Linked] will be displayed, and you will be able to log in with your Google or Apple account.

Logging In with Google/Apple Accounts​

  1. Open the Login screen.
  2. Click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" and authenticate on the respective authentication screen.

Unlinking Google/Apple Accounts​

  1. Open Account Settings → Security.
  2. Under the Google or Apple section, click [Unlink].
tip

If you have not set a password, you cannot unlink all Google and Apple connections. If you wish to unlink all connections, please set a password beforehand.

Changing Your Linked Google/Apple Account​

  1. Open Account Settings → Security.
  2. Under the Google or Apple section, click [Unlink].
  3. Under the Google or Apple section, click [Link].
  4. Select the account you want to use for login. Authenticate on the respective authentication screen.
  5. Once completed, [Linked] will be displayed, and you will be able to log in with your Google or Apple account.

Google One Tap (Automatic Login)​

Depending on your browser's state, Google One Tap login may be displayed.

In this case, you can log in with one click by selecting your Google account.

Hide My Email with Apple​

If you select "Hide My Email" with your Apple account, an email address such as (random string)@privaterelay.appleid.com may be registered.

Emails sent to this address are forwarded to your actual email address via Apple. If you are not receiving emails, please check Apple's forwarding settings or spam filters.

If "This Apple account cannot be used for registration" is displayed​

If you canceled the new SocialDog account registration using your Apple account, you need to unlink SocialDog to use the same Apple account again.

  1. Open [Sign In & Security for your Apple ID].
  2. Click [Sign In with Apple].
  3. Click [SocialDog].
  4. Select [Stop Using Sign In with Apple] and click [Stop Using].
  5. After completion, you will be able to register again using the same Apple account from New Registration.

If "Verification failed. Please try again." is displayed when logging in to your Apple account​

It is possible that login attempts are being restricted due to too many login operations in a short period. Please wait for a while and try linking again
