Log in to SocialDog with password

This section explains how to log in with a password and how to change your password.

Log in with a password

  1. Open the Login screen.
  2. Enter the email address and password registered with SocialDog.
  3. Click [Log in].
tip

Change your password

  1. Open Security → [Change Password].
  2. Enter your new password and save it.

Reset your password

If you cannot log in or have forgotten your password, please reset your password.

To reset your password, you must be able to receive emails at the email address registered with SocialDog.

  1. Open Forgot Password.
  2. Enter the email address registered with SocialDog and submit.
  3. Open the link in the email you received and set a new password.

If you don't receive the password reset email

Please check the following:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check if emails from SocialDog are blocked by your spam filter settings.
  • Check if the entered email address matches the one registered with SocialDog.

Notes

  • Do not reuse the same password across multiple services.
