This section explains how to log in with a password and how to change your password.

Log in with a Password

1. Open the Login screen.
2. Enter the email address and password registered with SocialDog.
3. Click [Login].

tip

• If you forget your password, please reset your password. If you are unable to log in, please see Unable to log in to SocialDog.
• The "Log in with Twitter" feature has been discontinued.
  • For details, please see Discontinuation of "Log in with Twitter" feature.

Change your Password

1. Go to [Security] → [Password Change].
2. Enter your new password and save it.

Reset your Password

If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, please reset your password.

To reset your password, you must be able to receive emails at the email address registered with SocialDog.

1. Open [Forgot Password].
2. Enter the email address registered with SocialDog and send it.
3. Open the link in the email you received and set a new password.

If you do not receive the password reset email

Please check the following:

• Is it not in your spam folder?
• Are emails from SocialDog not blocked due to your email blocking settings?
• Does the entered email address match the one registered with SocialDog?

Notes

• Do not reuse the same password across multiple services.
