I cannot log in to SocialDog.
This document explains how to troubleshoot login issues with SocialDog.
If you know the email address and password registered with SocialDog
From the login screen, you can log in with your registered email address and password.
If you know the email address registered with SocialDog, but don't know the password
Please reset your password by following the steps in Reset your password | Log in to SocialDog with a password.
If you don't know the email address registered with SocialDog
Check your mailbox for emails from SocialDog. If you find an email from SocialDog, the recipient address of that email is the registered email address for your SocialDog account.
If you are a team member, please contact your team administrator. Team administrators can check the email addresses of members registered with SocialDog.
If you cannot open the two-factor authentication app (Log in with a backup code)
You can log in by using the backup codes saved when you set up two-factor authentication.
- Access the login screen.
- Enter your email address and password, then click [Login].
- When the one-time password entry screen appears, click [Use a backup code].
- Enter your backup code and click [Authenticate] to log in.
- If necessary, disable two-factor authentication or perform other relevant actions.
- Each backup code can only be used once. Therefore, please note that they cannot be used for subsequent logins.
If you have used a paid plan
Our support team can investigate your account using your registered credit card information.
Please contact support with the following information:
- Credit card brand e.g., Visa
- Last four digits of the credit card number e.g., 1234
※For security reasons, please ensure you do NOT send anything other than the last four digits. - Credit card expiration date e.g., 08/22
- Credit card holder's name e.g., SUZUKI TARO
- Billing date stated on your credit card statement
- Amount stated on your credit card statement
If the issue is not resolved
We recommend creating a new SocialDog account.
