Change password

This document explains how to change your password.

Change Your Password

  1. Navigate to [Security] and select [Change Password].
  2. Enter your new password and save it.

Reset Your Password

If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, please reset it.

To reset your password, you must be able to receive emails at the address registered with SocialDog.

  1. Navigate to [Forgot Password].
  2. Enter the email address registered with SocialDog and submit.
  3. Open the link in the email you received and set your new password.

If You Did Not Receive the Password Reset Email

Please check the following:

  • Ensure the email is not in your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm that emails from SocialDog are not blocked by your email's receiving restrictions.
  • Verify that the email address you entered matches the one registered with SocialDog.

Important Notes

  • Do not reuse the same password across multiple services.
