Retrieving data before connecting social media accounts

This page explains what data can and cannot be retrieved from SocialDog before integration.

X (Twitter)

Analytics

• Retrievable data
  • The latest 3,200 Posts analytics data (for paid plans only)
    • Post content
      • With Personal and Professional plans, only the latest 5 posts within the specified period or the top 5 posts with high Engagements (Replies, Likes, Reposts) can be viewed on the Dashboard.
    • Number of posts
    • Impressions
    • Engagements (Replies, Reposts, Likes)
• Non-retrievable data
  • Follow history
  • Follow count (*)
  • Followers count (*)

*SocialDog regularly obtains user information regardless of whether it is integrated with SocialDog, so it may be possible to confirm the follow count and followers count from before the integration.

Inbox

  • Keyword Monitor (posts from the past 30 days)
• Non-retrievable data
  • @mentions

Followers

• Retrievable data
  • Latest list of Following and Followers
  • Latest user information for Following and Followers (e.g., follow count, followers count, Date joined X (Twitter))
• Non-retrievable data
  • Follower history
  • Date followed
  • Date you were followed

Post engagement

• Non-retrievable data
  • Reactions made to posts of integrated Accounts (Reposts, Likes, quote posts)
