Instagramアカウントの連携には2つの方法があります。「Instagramでログイン」が簡単でおすすめです。

There are two ways to link your Instagram account. "Log in with Instagram" is easy and recommended.

• Instagramでログイン（おすすめ）
• Log in with Instagram (recommended)
• Facebookでログイン
• Log in with Facebook

Instagramアカウントを連携する

Linking Your Instagram Account

1. 左下のアイコン→［SNSアカウント］をクリックします。
2. Click the icon at the bottom left → [SNS Accounts].
3. ［SNSアカウントを追加］をクリックします。
4. Click [Add SNS Account].
5. 追加するSNSアカウントを選択する画面が表示されます。［Instagramアカウント］をクリックします。
6. The screen to select the SNS account to add will appear. Click [Instagram Account].
7. 連携方法を選択する画面で［Instagramでログイン］または［Facebookでログイン］を選択します。
8. On the screen to select the linking method, choose [Log in with Instagram] or [Log in with Facebook].
9. ログイン後にプロアカウントに変更するように表示された場合、画面の指示に従い、プロアカウント（ビジネスアカウント）に変更します。
10. If prompted to switch to a professional account after logging in, follow the on-screen instructions to switch to a professional account (Business Account).
11. Instagramにログインします。
12. Log in to Instagram.
    1. Instagramのパスワードか、Facebookアカウントでログインできます。
    2. You can log in with your Instagram password or Facebook account.

「Facebookでログイン」の事前準備

Preparations for "Log in with Facebook"

「Facebookでログイン」によりInstagramアカウントを連携する前に必要な操作を説明します。「Instagramでログイン」の方法でInstagramアカウントを連携する場合は、この操作は不要です。

This section explains the necessary preparations before linking your Instagram account using "Log in with Facebook." If you link your Instagram account using "Log in with Instagram," this operation is not required.

「Facebookでログイン」をするために必要な条件

Conditions Required for "Log in with Facebook"

「Facebookでログイン」でInstagramアカウントを連携するには、以下の条件をすべて満たす必要があります。

To link your Instagram account using "Log in with Facebook," you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Facebookアカウントを持っている
• You have a Facebook account
  • Facebookアカウントがない場合は、Facebook公式サイトでFacebookアカウントを作成できます。
  • If you don't have a Facebook account, you can create one on the official Facebook website.
• Facebookページを持っていて、公開されている
• You have a Facebook Page, and it is public
  • SocialDogにFacebookページを連携しない場合でも、「Facebookでログイン」でInstagramアカウントを連携する場合は、Facebookページが必要です。
  • Even if you don't link your Facebook Page to SocialDog, a Facebook Page is required if you link your Instagram account using "Log in with Facebook."
  • Facebookページがない場合は、Facebook公式サイト上で作成できます。
  • If you don't have a Facebook Page, you can create one on the official Facebook website.
• Instagramアカウントはプロアカウント（ビジネスアカウント）である
• Your Instagram account is a professional account (Business Account)
  • 「クリエイターアカウント」には対応していません。
  • "Creator accounts" are not supported.
• InstagramアカウントがFacebookページにリンクされている
• Your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page
  • 1つのFacebookページに対して1つのInstagramアカウントを連携できます。
  • You can link one Instagram account to one Facebook Page.
    • すでにInstagramアカウントとリンク済みのFacebookページにはリンクできません。
    • You cannot link to a Facebook Page that is already linked to an Instagram account.

Instagramアカウントのプロアカウントへの変更・Facebookページとのリンクの設定方法

How to Change Your Instagram Account to a Professional Account and Link It to a Facebook Page

「新デザイン」のFacebookページをお持ちの場合の方法を説明します。「クラシックページ」の場合、手順が異なることがあります。

This section explains the method for those who have a "New Pages experience" Facebook Page. The steps may differ for "Classic Pages."

スマートフォンアプリの場合

For Smartphone App

Instagramアプリを利用して、ビジネスアカウントへの切り替えとFacebookページへのリンクを同時に行えます。

You can use the Instagram app to switch to a business account and link to a Facebook Page simultaneously.

1. スマートフォンでInstagramアプリを開きます。また、SocialDogに連携したいInstagramアカウントにログインします。
2. Open the Instagram app on your smartphone. Also, log in to the Instagram account you want to link to SocialDog.
3. 画面下部にある「プロフィール」タブ（ユーザーアイコンまたはプロフィール写真が表示されているタブ）を開きます。
4. Open the "Profile" tab (the tab showing your user icon or profile picture) at the bottom of the screen.
5. 画面上部にある「その他」（三本線のアイコン）をタップします。
6. Tap "More" (three-line icon) at the top of the screen.
7. 「プロフェッショナル向け」セクション内の「アカウントの種類とツール」をクリックします。
8. Click "Account type and tools" within the "Professional dashboard" section.
   • 「アカウントの種類とツール」が表示されない場合は、下部の『「アカウントの種類とツール」が表示されない場合』をご確認ください。
   • If "Account type and tools" does not appear, please check "If "Account type and tools" does not appear" at the bottom.
9. 「プロアカウントに切り替える」をタップします。
10. Tap "Switch to professional account."
11. プロアカウントの説明が表示されます。「当てはまるカテゴリを選択してください。」画面が表示されるまで「次へ」をタップします。
12. A description of professional accounts will appear. Tap "Next" until the "Select a category that best describes you" screen appears.
13. 「当てはまるカテゴリを選択してください。」画面が表示されます、Instagramアカウントの該当するカテゴリーを選択して「次へ」をタップします。
14. When the "Select a category that best describes you" screen appears, select the relevant category for your Instagram account and tap "Next."
15. 「クリエイターですか？」画面が表示されます。「ビジネス」を選択して「次へ」をタップします。
16. The "Are you a Creator?" screen will appear. Select "Business" and tap "Next."
17. 「連絡先情報を確認してください」画面が表示されます。表示内容の確認・変更を行い、「次へ」または「連絡先情報を使用しない」をタップします。
18. The "Review your contact info" screen will appear. Review/change the displayed information and tap "Next" or "Don't use my contact info."
19. 「アカウントセンターを使ってログインを共有」画面が表示されます。「次へ」をタップします。
20. The "Share login using Accounts Center" screen will appear. Tap "Next."
21. 画面の指示に従って、お使いのFacebookアカウントでログインし、「アカウントを追加」してください。
22. Follow the on-screen instructions to log in with your Facebook account and "Add account."
    ※ FacebookアカウントでInstagramアカウントにログインする設定（コネクテッドエクスペリエンス）をすでに有効にしている場合など、表示される画面は状況によって異なります。
    • The screen displayed may vary depending on the situation, for example, if you have already enabled the setting to log in to your Instagram account with your Facebook account (Connected Experiences).
23. 「次へ」をタップすると「Facebookページをリンク」画面が表示されます。お持ちのInstagramアカウントとリンクしたいFacebookページを選択し、「次へ」をタップしてください。
24. Tapping "Next" will display the "Link Facebook Page" screen. Select the Facebook Page you want to link with your Instagram account and tap "Next."
    ※ Facebookページをお持ちではない場合、この画面でFacebookページを作成できます。
    • If you do not have a Facebook Page, you can create one on this screen.
25. 「プロアカウントを設定する」画面が表示されたら、この作業は完了です。画面上部の「閉じる」（Xのアイコン）をタップしてください。
26. When the "Set up your professional account" screen appears, this task is complete. Tap "Close" (X icon) at the top of the screen.

「アカウントの種類とツール」が表示されない場合

If "Account type and tools" does not appear

• 「プロフェッショナル向け」セクションに「ビジネスツールと管理」が表示されている場合
• If "Business tools and controls" is displayed in the "Professional dashboard" section:
  • Instagramアカウントはすでにビジネスアカウントです。「InstagramアカウントにFacebookページがリンクされているか確認する」を確認してください。
  • Your Instagram account is already a Business Account. Please check "Confirm if your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page."
• 「プロフェッショナル向け」セクションに「クリエイターツールとコントロール」が表示されている場合：
• If "Creator tools and controls" is displayed in the "Professional dashboard" section:
  • Instagramアカウントはクリエイターアカウントです。SocialDogではクリエイターアカウントに対応していないため、ビジネスアカウントに切り替える必要があります。「クリエイターツールとコントロール」＞「アカウントタイプを切り替え」をタップし、「ビジネスアカウントに切り替える」をタップしてください。「InstagramアカウントにFacebookページがリンクされているか確認する」を確認してください。
  • Your Instagram account is a Creator Account. SocialDog does not support Creator Accounts, so you need to switch to a Business Account. Tap "Creator tools and controls" > "Switch account type," then tap "Switch to Business Account." Please check "Confirm if your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page."

パソコンブラウザーの場合

For Desktop Browser

「新デザイン」のFacebookページをお持ちの場合の方法を説明します。「クラシックページ」の場合、手順が異なることがあります。

ステップ1：Instagramアカウントをビジネスアカウントに切り替える

Step 1: Switch Your Instagram Account to a Business Account

1. Instagram公式サイトを開き、Instagramアカウントでログインします。

2. Open the official Instagram website and log in with your Instagram account.

3. 「その他」（三本線のアイコン）をクリックし、表示されるメニュー内の「設定」をクリックします。

4. Click "More" (three-line icon) and then click "Settings" in the displayed menu.

5. 「プロアカウントに切り替える」をクリックします。

6. Click "Switch to professional account."

7. 「あなたに一番合ったアカウントタイプを選択してください。」画面が表示されます。「ビジネス」を選択して「次へ」をクリックします。

8. The "Choose the account type that's right for you" screen will appear. Select "Business" and click "Next."
   ※ SocialDogはクリエイターアカウントに対応していません。

   Please note: SocialDog does not support Creator Accounts.

9. ビジネスアカウントの説明が表示されます。「次へ」をクリックします。

10. A description of Business Accounts will appear. Click "Next."

11. 「カテゴリを選択」画面が表示されます。Instagramアカウントの該当するカテゴリーを選択して「完了」をクリックします。

12. The "Select a Category" screen will appear. Select the relevant category for your Instagram account and click "Done."

13. 「連絡先情報の確認」画面が表示されます。表示内容の確認・変更を行い、「保存」または「連絡先情報を使用しない」をクリックします。

14. The "Confirm Contact Info" screen will appear. Review/change the displayed information and click "Save" or "Don't use my contact info."

15. 「Instagramビジネスアカウントが利用できるようになりました」画面が表示されます。「完了」をクリックします。

16. The "Your Instagram Business Account is Ready" screen will appear. Click "Done."

ステップ2：InstagramアカウントとFacebookページをリンクする

Step 2: Link Your Instagram Account to a Facebook Page

1. Facebook公式サイトを開き、Instagramアカウントと連携したいFacebookページを管理するFacebookアカウントでログインします。
2. Open the official Facebook website and log in with the Facebook account that manages the Facebook Page you want to link with your Instagram account.
3. 画面左側のメニューにある「ページ」をクリックします。「ページ」が表示されない場合、「もっと見る」をクリックすると表示されます。
4. Click "Pages" in the menu on the left side of the screen. If "Pages" is not displayed, click "See more" to reveal it.
5. 管理しているFacebookページの一覧が表示されます。Facebookページをお持ちではない場合、まずこの画面でFacebookページを作成してください。
6. A list of Facebook Pages you manage will appear. If you do not have a Facebook Page, please create one on this screen first.
7. Facebookページの一覧の中で、InstagramアカウントとリンクしたいFacebookページを見つけます。このFacebookページに表示されている「・・・」アイコンをクリックし、「切り替える」をクリックします。
8. Among the list of Facebook Pages, find the Facebook Page you want to link with your Instagram account. Click the "..." icon displayed on this Facebook Page, then click "Switch now."

5. Facebookページが表示されます。画面左側のメニューにある「設定」をクリックします。5. The Facebook Page will be displayed. Click "Settings" in the menu on the left side of the screen. 6. 「設定」画面が表示されます。画面左側のメニューにある「リンク済みのアカウント」をクリックします。6. The "Settings" screen will appear. Click "Linked accounts" in the menu on the left side of the screen. 7. 「リンク済みのアカウント」画面が表示されます。画面左側のメニューにある「Instagram」をクリックします。7. The "Linked accounts" screen will appear. Click "Instagram" in the menu on the left side of the screen. 8. 「アカウントをリンク」をクリックします。8. Click "Connect account." 9. リンクについての説明画面が表示されます。「リンクする」をクリックします。9. InstagramアカウントにFacebookページがリンクされているか確認する

Confirm if your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page

以下の方法でInstagramアカウントにFacebookページがリンクされているか確認できます。

You can check if your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page using the following method:

1. スマートフォンでInstagramアプリを開き、連携したいInstagramアカウントにログインします。
2. Open the Instagram app on your smartphone and log in to the Instagram account you want to link.
3. 画面下部にある「プロフィール」タブ（ユーザーアイコンまたはプロフィール写真が表示されているタブ）を開きます。
4. Open the "Profile" tab (the tab showing your user icon or profile picture) at the bottom of the screen.
5. 「プロフィールを編集」をタップします。
6. Tap "Edit Profile."
7. 「ビジネスの公開情報」セクション内の「ページ」をタップします。
8. Tap "Page" within the "Public Business Information" section.
9. すでにFacebookページがリンクされている場合、そのFacebookページの情報が表示されます。Facebookページがリンクされていない場合、Facebookページとリンクできます。
10. If a Facebook Page is already linked, its information will be displayed. If no Facebook Page is linked, you can link one.

追加したいInstagramアカウント・FacebookページがSocialDogで表示されない

If the Instagram Account or Facebook Page You Want to Add Does Not Appear in SocialDog

SocialDogにInstagramアカウント・Facebookページを追加しようとした際、追加したいInstagramアカウント・Facebookページが「追加するInstagramアカウントを選択」「追加するFacebookページを選択」画面に表示されない場合は、下記をご確認ください。

If the Instagram account or Facebook Page you want to add does not appear on the "Select Instagram Account to Add" or "Select Facebook Page to Add" screens when attempting to add them to SocialDog, please check the following:

• Facebookでログインの場合
• For "Log in with Facebook"

  • Facebookでログインの必要条件を満たしているか

  • Have you met the prerequisites for "Log in with Facebook"?

  • ビジネス統合がオンになっているか

  • Is Business Integrations turned on? 以下の手順に従ってFacebook側の設定を確認してください。

    Please check the Facebook-side settings by following these steps:

    1. Facebookの「ビジネス統合」設定を開きます。
    2. Open Facebook's "Business Integrations" settings.
       • InstagramではなくFacebookの設定画面です。
       • This is a Facebook settings screen, not Instagram.
    3. 「SocialDog」の行にある「確認・編集」をクリックします。
    4. Click "View and edit" in the "SocialDog" row.
    5. 表示される画面で、トグルスイッチをすべてオンにします。
    6. On the screen that appears, turn on all toggle switches.
       • トグルスイッチごとにInstagramアカウント・Facebookページの一覧が表示されている場合は、SocialDogで管理したいすべてのInstagramアカウント・Facebookページにチェックを入れてください。
       • If a list of Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages is displayed for each toggle switch, please check all Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages you wish to manage with SocialDog.
    7. 「保存」をクリックします。
    8. Click "Save."
    9. 再度SocialDogでSNSアカウントの追加をお試しください。
    10. Please try adding the SNS account in SocialDog again.
