Set up/disable Slack notifications.

This document explains how to configure and remove Slack notifications.

Overview of Slack Notifications​

This feature allows you to configure updates to be sent as notifications to Slack by linking your account.

Types of Notifications You Can Receive​

The following types of content can be received via Slack notifications:

  • Daily Reports
  • Weekly Reports
  • New @ Tweets *Only for Business and Enterprise plans
  • New Notifications from Keyword Monitor

Receiving Slack Notifications​

  • Notification settings are configured per SNS account.
  • Slack notifications cannot be integrated with private channels. Please ensure that the Slack channel you wish to integrate with is public before proceeding.
  1. Open Slack Notifications.
  2. Click [Add].
  3. After linking Slack, configure the target account and notification content, then click [Add].
  4. After setup, you can check the integration status with Slack on the Slack Notification screen.

Disabling Slack Notifications​

  1. Open Slack Notifications.
  2. On the right side of the notification you wish to disable, click [Delete].
  3. Click [Delete] once more.
    1. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
