This section explains how to configure and disable Slack notifications.

Overview of Slack notifications

This feature allows you to integrate with Slack and configure it to send updates to Slack.

Notifications you can receive

The following notifications can be received via Slack notifications:

• Daily report
• Weekly report
• New @mentions *Business plan and Enterprise plan only
• New notifications from Keyword Monitor
  • New notifications for Keyword Monitor are no longer available. Keyword Monitor has been updated

Set up Slack notifications

• Notification settings are configured for each Social profile.
• "Slack notifications" cannot be integrated with private channels. Please ensure that the Slack channel you wish to integrate is public before proceeding.

1. Open Slack notifications.
2. Click [Add].
3. After integrating Slack, configure the target Account and notification content, and click [Add].
4. After configuration, the integration status with Slack can be checked on the Slack notifications screen.

Disable Slack notifications

1. Open Slack notifications.
2. To the right of the notification you wish to disable, click [Delete].
3. Click [Delete] again.
   1. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.
