I will explain how to configure and disable Slack notifications.

Overview of Slack Notifications

This feature allows you to integrate with Slack and configure it to send updates to Slack.

Available Notifications

The following types of notifications can be received via Slack:

• Daily Reports
• Weekly Reports
• New @Mentions Business and Enterprise plans only
• New Keyword Monitor Notifications
  • New Keyword Monitor notifications are no longer available. Keyword Monitor has been updated

Setting Up Slack Notifications

• Notification settings are configured per social media account.
• Slack notifications cannot be integrated with private channels. Please ensure that the Slack channel you wish to integrate is public.

1. Navigate to Slack Notifications.
2. Click [Add].
3. After integrating with Slack, configure the target account and notification content, then click [Add].
4. After setup, you can confirm the Slack integration status on the Slack Notifications screen.

Disabling Slack Notifications

1. Navigate to Slack Notifications.
2. Click [Delete] to the right of the notification you wish to disable.
3. Click [Delete] again.
   1. Once deleted, the notification cannot be restored.
