Receive push notifications

This document explains how to configure and disable push notifications.

Push Notification Overview

This feature allows you to receive notifications from SocialDog via your browser. You can receive them even when the page is not open.

Available Notifications

The following content can be received via push notifications:

• Data Acquisition Completion
• Daily Report
• Weekly Report
• SocialDog Announcements
• New Keyword Monitor Alerts
  • New Keyword Monitor emails are no longer available. Help

Configure Push Notifications

1. Open Notifications within [Account Settings].
2. If it is currently [Disabled], click [Enable].
3. Select the checkboxes for the items you wish to receive push notifications for.
4. Click [Save].
