Receive push notifications

This document explains how to configure and disable push notifications.

Overview of Push Notifications

This feature allows you to receive notifications from SocialDog via your browser. You can receive them even when the page is not open.

Notifications You Can Receive

The following content can be received via push notifications:

• Data Acquisition Complete Notification
• Daily Report
• Weekly Report
• Notifications from SocialDog
• New Keyword Monitor Notification
  • New keyword monitor emails are no longer supported. Help

Setting Up Push Notifications

1. Open Notifications within [Account Settings].
2. If it is [Disabled], click [Enable].
3. Check the items for which you want to receive push notifications.
4. Click [Save].
