Receive push notifications

This section describes how to configure and disable push notifications.

Overview of Push Notifications

This is a feature that allows you to receive Notices from SocialDog via browser notifications. You can receive them even when you do not have the page open.

Receivable Notifications

The content you can receive via push notifications is as follows:

• Data retrieval completion notice
• Daily report
• Weekly report
• Notices from SocialDog
• Keyword Monitor new post notification
  • Keyword Monitor new post email is no longer provided. Help

Setting Up Push Notifications

1. Open Notifications in [Account settings].
2. If it is [Off], click [Turn on].
3. Check the items for which you want to receive push notifications.
4. Click [Save].
