Receive notifications by email.

You can receive notifications from SocialDog via email. This document describes how to configure and disable email notifications.

Email Notification Overview​

Available Notifications​

The following types of notifications can be received via email:

  • Data Acquisition Completion Notification Email
  • Daily Report
  • Weekly Report
  • Notifications from SocialDog
  • Notification when Scheduled Posts are Empty
  • New Keyword Monitor Email
    • The New Keyword Monitor Email is no longer provided. Help

Configuring Email Notifications​

  1. Navigate to Notifications within [Account Settings].
  2. Check the boxes for the items for which you wish to receive email notifications.
  3. Click [Save].

If Email Notifications Are Not Received​

This section describes how to troubleshoot issues if email notifications are not being received.

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder.
  2. Verify that your email settings allow receiving emails from @social-dog.net.
  3. Confirm that your email address is correctly entered on the Account screen.
  4. Ensure that no pending email verification messages are displayed on the Account screen.
  5. Verify that notification settings are enabled on the Notifications screen.
