Email notifications

You can receive Notices from SocialDog via email notifications. This section explains how to set up and disable email notifications.

Overview of Email Notifications​

Receivable Notifications​

The following types of notifications can be received via email:

  • Data retrieval complete email
  • Daily report
  • Weekly report
  • Notices from SocialDog
  • Scheduled post queue empty notification
  • Keyword Monitor new post email
    • Keyword Monitor new post email is no longer provided. Help

Setting up Email Notifications​

  1. Open Notifications within [Account settings].
  2. Check the boxes for the items for which you want to receive email notifications.
  3. Click [Save].

If You Are Not Receiving Email Notifications​

This section explains how to troubleshoot if you are not receiving email notifications.

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Check if your settings allow you to receive emails from '@social-dog.net'.
  3. On the Account screen, confirm that your email address is entered correctly.
  4. On the Account screen, confirm that no message indicating pending email verification is displayed.
  5. On the Notifications screen, confirm that your Notification settings are [On].
