Receive notifications by email

You can receive notifications from SocialDog via email. This section explains how to set up and disable email notifications.

Receivable Notifications

The following notifications can be received via email:

  • Data Acquisition Completion Notification Email
  • Daily Report
  • Weekly Report
  • Notifications from SocialDog
  • Notification when Scheduled Posts become Empty
  • Keyword Monitor New Arrival Email
    • The Keyword Monitor New Arrival Email service has been discontinued. Help

Setting Up Email Notifications

  1. Open Notifications within [Account Settings].
  2. Check the items for which you wish to receive email notifications.
  3. Click [Save].

If Email Notifications Are Not Received

This section describes how to troubleshoot issues when email notifications are not received.

  1. Check your "spam folder".
  2. Confirm that your settings allow receiving emails from "@social-dog.net".
  3. On the Account screen, confirm that your email address is entered correctly.
  4. On the Account screen, confirm that no "email address pending verification" message is displayed.
  5. On the Notifications screen, confirm that notification settings are enabled.
