How to confirm and change your registered email address.

Change Your Email Address

You can change the email address for your SocialDog account using the method below.

1. From the menu at the bottom left, open [Account Settings] → [Account].
2. Your current email address is displayed in [Email Address].
3. Enter your new email address in the [Email Address] field and click [Change Email Address]. The email address will be changed to the new one immediately.
4. Click the link in the confirmation email sent to your new email address. Your new email address will be confirmed.

tip

When you change the email address for your SocialDog account, the email address used for login and the destination for email notifications will also be changed to the new email address.

Confirm Your Email Address

1. Open [Account Settings] → [Account].
2. Click [Resend Confirmation Email].
3. Open the received email and click [Confirm Email Address (Login not required)].

If You Don't Receive the Email

If you do not receive the confirmation email, the following possibilities can be considered:

• The email address registered with SocialDog is incorrect.
• Your settings prevent you from receiving emails from confirm_email@social-dog.net.
• It may be in your "Spam folder".
