This explains how to verify and change your registered email address.

Change Your Email Address

You can change the email address for your SocialDog account using the method below.

1. From the menu in the bottom left, open [Account settings] → Account.
2. Your current email address will be displayed under [Email Address].
3. Enter your new email address in the [Email Address] field and click [Change Email Address]. Your email address will be immediately changed to the new one.
4. Click the link in the confirmation email sent to your new email address. Your new email address will be verified.

tip

If you change the email address for your SocialDog account, the email address used for login and the destination for email notifications will be changed to the new email address.

Verify Your Email Address

1. Open [Account settings] → Account.
2. Click [Resend Verification Email].
3. Open the email you received and click [Verify Email Address (Login Not Required)].

If You Don't Receive the Email

If you don't receive the verification email, the following possibilities can be considered:

• The email address registered with SocialDog is incorrect.
• Your settings prevent you from receiving emails from confirm_email@social-dog.net.
• It's in your "spam folder".
