This document explains how to delete your SocialDog account.

What Happens When You Delete Your SocialDog Account

• You will no longer be able to log in to SocialDog.
• All your data on SocialDog will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Deleting Your SocialDog Account

1. Click Account Settings from the menu on the bottom left.
2. Click [Delete SocialDog Account] at the bottom.
3. Scroll down and select your reason for deletion.
4. Click [Delete].
5. Confirm the message "Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action cannot be undone." and click [Delete].

tip

Team owners of paid plans cannot delete their SocialDog account. They must perform one of the following actions:

• Cancel the paid plan
• Delete the team
• Transfer owner privileges to another user
