When posting fails or an error occurs
This section explains the causes and solutions when scheduled posts, reposts, or replies do not occur at the set time. ## Checking Scheduled Post Errors 1. Go to [Posts] > Scheduled Posts to check the error details. 1. If a posting error occurs, an email will be sent to the email address registered with SocialDog. If an error is displayed, please take the appropriate action based on the error details. ### Applies to All Social Media Platforms

::: ## Check for service outages. Posts may fail to publish due to outages on the respective social media platforms or within SocialDog. 1. Open SocialDog Status. 2. If an outage is occurring, please retry posting after the service has been restored.
