Using Writing Assist AI, you can generate post text and check post content for issues such as typos and inflammatory content risks. This feature is only available on the PC browser version.

Generate Post Text

AI can automatically create post text based on past post data. By entering the desired content and keywords, the AI will generate post drafts based on them.

About Past Post Data Used by Writing Assist AI

Writing Assist AI analyzes the text of a Social profile's past three months of posts to understand writing trends and characteristics. Based on the analyzed linguistic features, it generates post text that matches the tone of that Social profile.

• When generating post text for the first time, the system analyzes the Account's past post data. This analysis may take about 1 to 2 minutes.
• Once analyzed, the data is retained for 30 days and automatically re-analyzed every 30 days.
• Only text information included in past posts is analyzed. Non-textual information such as images and videos is not analyzed.

Generate Post Text

1. Click [New post] in the upper right corner of the Scheduled posts screen.
2. Click the [Generated with AI] button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Enter the following information into each field of [post text generation].
   • Account to reference past posts
     • Select the Social profile that AI should reference for past post data. Even if you are posting to multiple accounts, only one Account can be selected.
   • Post summary
     • Enter specific content you want to include in the post text and key points you want to emphasize.
   • Post objective (Optional)
     • Enter what action you want viewers of the Post to take, or what state you want them to be in.
   • Writing preferences and notes (Optional)
     • Enter any rules you want the AI to follow or expressions you want to avoid.
4. Click the [Request AI Generation] button.

Edit the Generated Post Text and Schedule the Post

1. Select the text you want to use from the generated post drafts and click the [Insert] button.
2. Edit the content inserted into the text input field.
3. Specify the Post date and time, click [▼], select [Schedule post], [Add to front of queue], or [Add to queue], and then click the button.

When you enter content similar to the examples below, the AI will generate post drafts.

Post summary

Enter specific content you want to include in the post text and key points you want to emphasize.

• I want to announce the sale of our winter-exclusive "Fluffy Bread." The sales period is December 1 to December 15, and its unique feature is that it's pure white, even the crust. I want to emphasize that it's a limited-time offer.
• I want to explain "Optimizing Posting Times" for SNS operation. The target audience is beginners. I want to emphasize practical tips that can be used immediately.
• I want to announce a "How to Use the Post Text Generation Feature Seminar." The event date is February 5, 2:00 PM. It will be held online. I want to emphasize that attendees can learn practical application methods.

Post objective

• I want people to purchase the product.
• I want people to be interested in the Post content.
• I want to increase engagement such as Likes, comments, and saves.

Writing preferences and notes

• I want it to be summarized within 140 characters.
• I want to avoid excessive promotional language.
• I want the tone to be bright and energetic.

Check Post Content

text check is a feature that automatically checks post content for typos and inflammatory content risks. When creating a scheduled post, the AI automatically checks the entered text and notifies you if there are any issues.

Check Items

The following items are automatically checked:

• Typos (incorrect kanji conversion, incorrect usage of hiragana/katakana, typing errors, etc.)
• Grammatical errors (incorrect particles, subject-predicate disagreement, etc.)
• Inconsistent notation (variations in kanji, hiragana, or katakana for the same word, inconsistent katakana spellings, etc.)
• Expressions with inflammatory content risk (offensive or misleading expressions, expressions that could be perceived as discriminatory towards specific individuals or groups, etc.)

Check Text

1. Click [New post] in the upper right corner of the Scheduled posts screen.
2. Click the [Turn on feature] button in the [Preview] section. Alternatively, click the [text check] icon next to the [Preview] heading and select [Turn on text check].
3. Enter the text you want to Post into the text input field. The check will automatically be performed after you enter the text.

The usage limit is 1,000 checks per day. If the limit is reached, it will be reset at 9:00 AM JST the following day.

Notes

• AI-generated check results are not always accurate. Regardless of the check results, please review the actual text yourself and make the final decision on whether to Post it.
  • This feature does not guarantee the detection of all risks. Text may be flagged even if there are no issues, or issues may not be flagged even if they exist.
• This feature provides automated suggestions by AI (OpenAI), and the check results do not represent SocialDog's views.

Data Handling

This feature processes data through the OpenAI API. The entered text is sent to OpenAI but is not used for training purposes.
