With the AI Writing Assistant, you can generate posts and check content for issues like typos and reputational risks. This feature is only available on the PC browser version.

Generate Posts

The AI can automatically create post content based on your past post data. By entering the content or keywords you wish to post, the AI will generate draft posts based on them.

About the Past Post Data Referenced by the AI Writing Assistant

The AI Writing Assistant analyzes the text of your social media account's posts from the past three months to understand writing trends and characteristics. Based on the analyzed stylistic features, it generates posts that reflect the unique tone and style of that social media account.

  • Upon initial post generation, the system analyzes your account's past post data. This analysis may take 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Once analyzed, data is retained for 30 days, with automatic re-analysis performed every 30 days.
  • Only text information from past posts is subject to analysis. Non-textual information such as images and videos is not analyzed.

Generate Posts

  1. Click [New Post] in the top right corner of the Scheduled Posts screen.
  2. In the [Generate Post] section below the preview, enter the following information:
    • Account to reference past posts
      • Select the social media account whose past post data the AI should reference. Even if you are posting to multiple accounts, only one account can be selected.
    • Post Summary
      • Enter specific content you wish to include in the post or key points you want to emphasize.
    • Post Objective (Optional)
      • Enter what action you want viewers to take or what state you want them to be in after seeing the post.
    • Writing Preferences and Notes (Optional)
      • Enter any rules the AI should follow or expressions to avoid.
  3. Click the [Ask AI to Create] button.

Edit Generated Posts and Schedule Them

  1. Select the text you wish to use from the generated post drafts and click the [Insert] button.
  2. Edit the content inserted into the text input field.
  3. Specify the post date and time, click [], select [Schedule Post], [Add to Top of Queue], or [Add to Queue], and then click the button.

Post Summary

Enter specific content you wish to include in the post or key points you want to emphasize.

  • Announce the sale of our winter-exclusive "Fluffy Bread." Sales period is December 1st to December 15th, characterized by its pure white crust. Emphasize its limited-time availability.
  • Explain "optimizing post times" for social media management. Target audience is beginners. Emphasize practical tips that can be used immediately.
  • Announce a "How to Use Post Generation Feature Seminar." Date: February 5th, 14:00. Online event. Emphasize that participants can learn practical application methods.

Post Objective

  • To encourage product purchases
  • To generate interest in the post content
  • To increase engagement (likes, comments, saves)

Writing Preferences and Notes

  • Please keep it within 140 characters.
  • Please avoid overly promotional language.
  • Please ensure a bright and energetic tone.

Check Post Content

The "Content Check" feature automatically checks your post content for typos and reputational risks using AI. When creating a scheduled post, the AI automatically checks the entered text and notifies you if any issues are detected.

Check Items

The system automatically checks for the following:

  • Typos and omissions (e.g., incorrect kanji conversions, improper use of hiragana/katakana, keystroke errors)
  • Grammar errors (e.g., incorrect particles, subject-predicate disagreement)
  • Inconsistent notation (e.g., variations in kanji, hiragana, or katakana for the same word; inconsistent use of katakana loanwords)
  • Reputational risks (e.g., offensive or misleading expressions, language potentially perceived as discriminatory towards specific individuals or groups)

Check Text

  1. Click [New Post] in the top right corner of the Scheduled Posts screen.
  2. In the [Content Check] section, click the [Turn On Feature] button.
  3. Enter the text you wish to post into the text input field. The check will be performed automatically after entry.

The usage limit is 1,000 checks per day. If the limit is reached, it will reset at 9:00 AM JST the following day.

Important Notes

  • AI check results are not always guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Regardless of the check results, please review the actual text yourself and make the final decision on whether to post.
    • It does not guarantee the detection of all risks. Content may be flagged even if there are no issues, or issues may go undetected.
  • This feature provides AI (OpenAI)-powered automated suggestions, and the check results do not represent the views of SocialDog.

Data Handling

This feature processes data via the OpenAI API. Text entered is sent to OpenAI but is not used for training purposes.
