When posting fails or an error occurs

このドキュメントでは、予約投稿、予約リポスト、予約返信が設定された日時で実行されない場合の原因と対処法について説明します。

予約投稿のエラー内容を確認する

  1. 投稿]→[投稿予定]を開き、エラー内容を確認します。
    1. 投稿がエラーになるとSocialDogの登録メールアドレス宛にメールが送信されます。

エラーが表示される場合は、エラー内容に応じて、下記の対応を行ってください。

全SNS共通

| Your SNS account is temporarily restricted. Please try again later. | Your SNS account is suspended for some reason, or some functions are unavailable. | Please try posting again after some time. |

| The post was not made because the number of connected SNS accounts exceeded the limit. | You have exceeded the maximum number of SNS accounts that can be connected as stipulated by your plan.
This error may occur for scheduled posts created before canceling a paid plan. | Log in to SocialDog and either upgrade your plan or remove unused SNS accounts from SocialDog.
Note: Deleting an SNS account from SocialDog will delete scheduled posts and drafts associated with it. |

X (formerly Twitter)

| Failed to post because the monthly post limit for your X (formerly Twitter) account has been reached. | The Free plan limits the number of posts to 5 per month. | Create scheduled posts for next month or later, or upgrade your plan. |

| The daily post limit for X (formerly Twitter) has been reached. Please post on another day. | Due to X (formerly Twitter) specifications, there is a limit to the number of posts that can be made per day. (For unverified accounts: up to 50 regular posts / up to 200 replies) | Change the post date and post on the following day or later. |

| An unknown error occurred during post processing. Please try again. | • Due to X (formerly Twitter) specifications, posts from private accounts cannot be reposted or quote posted.
• Posts whose content has been changed on X (formerly Twitter) cannot be reposted or quote posted.
• Posts whose content has been changed on X (formerly Twitter) cannot have another post added (replied to). | • Note: Reposts and quote posts are only possible for posts from public accounts. |

Instagram

| • An error occurred while uploading media to Instagram. Please try again.
• There is an image with an invalid aspect ratio.
• There is an image in an unsupported format. Please check if the image format is supported by Instagram.
• The image file size exceeds the limit.
• There is a video in an unsupported format. Please check if the video format is supported by Instagram. | There is an issue with the media (image/video) attached to the post. | Check Postable Content and change the image or video attached to your post. |

| The post failed because Instagram determined the content was likely spam. Please review the content and try posting again. | Instagram may have flagged your post content as spam. | Modify your post content to comply with the Instagram Community Guidelines. |

| The daily post limit for Instagram has been reached. Please post on another day. | Due to Instagram specifications, there is a limit to the number of posts that can be made using SocialDog per day (up to 25 posts per day). | Change the post date and post on the following day or later. |

| Your Instagram account is restricted. Please try logging into your Instagram account again and, if necessary, re-linking it to SocialDog. | Your Instagram account may be inactive or restricted for some reason. | Log in to Instagram and check for any actions required to lift the restriction.
After resolving the issue, you will need to re-link your Instagram account on the SNS Accounts settings page. |

| The number of @tags exceeds the limit. Please reduce the number of @tags to 20 or fewer and try posting again. | You have exceeded the maximum number of allowed @tags (20). | Reduce the number of @tags to 20 or fewer and try posting again. |

| The post exceeds the maximum character limit. | You have exceeded the maximum character limit for posts (2,200 characters). | Reduce the post content to 2,200 characters or less and try posting again. |

| The SNS account does not have the necessary permissions for posting. Please check permissions. | SocialDog does not have the necessary permissions to post to Instagram. | Go to Facebook's Business Integrations page and click "Review and edit" in the "SocialDog" row within the table. On the displayed screen, grant the following permissions to the target Instagram account:

• "Access your profile and posts from Instagram accounts linked to your Page"
• "Upload media and create posts on Instagram accounts linked to your Page" |

Facebook

Please check permissions. | SocialDog does not have the necessary permissions to post to your Facebook Page. | Go to Facebook's Business Integrations page and click "Review and edit" in the "SocialDog" row within the table. On the displayed screen, grant the following permissions to the target Facebook Page:

• "Create and edit content on your Page"
• "Read content posted on your Page" |

Threads

| The SNS account does not have the necessary permissions for posting. Please re-link your SNS account. | SocialDog lacks the necessary permissions to post to Threads. | Re-link your Threads account on the SNS Accounts settings page and try posting again. |

タイムゾーンの設定を確認・変更する

Posts may not be executed if an incorrect time zone is set.

  1. Go to Team Settings.
  2. Check if [Time Zone] is set to your current time zone. To set it to Japan Standard Time, select (GMT+09:00) Asia/Tokyo.

Posts may not be executed if there is an incident with an SNS platform or SocialDog.

  1. Open SocialDog Status
  2. If an incident is occurring, please re-post after the service is restored.
