View and manage post history

You can view, search, duplicate, repost, and analyze past posts in Post History.

Posts Displayed in Post History​

  • Both posts from SocialDog and posts not from SocialDog are displayed.
    • X's "Promoted Posts" are not displayed in the post history.
tip

Posts acquired from X (Twitter) (those not from SocialDog) are labeled with [Acquired from X (Twitter)].

How to View Post History​

  1. From the menu, click [Posts] → [Post History].
  2. To search for a specific post, enter keywords in the [Search Posts] field at the top of the screen.
  3. To view posts from a specific period, click [All Time] in the upper right corner of the screen and select the dates.

How to Add Another Post to Post History (X(Twitter) only)​

  1. Click [Add Another Post] on the post to which you want to add another.

How to Repost a Post from Post History (X(Twitter) only)​

  1. Click [Repost] on the post you want to repost.

How to Duplicate a Post from Post History​

  1. Click [Duplicate] on the post you want to duplicate.
  2. You can edit the content of the duplicated post, set the publication date and time, and publish it.

How to View Per-Post Analytics for Posts in Post History​

  1. Click [Analyze Post] on the post you want to analyze.
  2. The post details screen of the Post Performance feature will be displayed. You can check the post content and various metrics (likes, reposts, clicks, etc.) for each post.

How to Copy the URL of a Post in Post History​

  1. Click [...] → [Copy Post URL] on the post you want to analyze.
  2. The post URL will be copied.

How to Delete a Post from Post History (X(Twitter) only)​

  1. Click [...] → [Delete Post] on the post you want to analyze.
  2. The post will be deleted.
warning

The post will be deleted from both SocialDog and the SNS. Deletion cannot be undone.

tip

Deleting posts on SocialDog is not supported for SNS other than X (Twitter). Please delete them on each respective SNS.
