Upload media (images and videos) to the media library

This document describes the procedures for uploading media to the media library and entering file names into a CSV file to create posts with media via bulk import.

Upload Media​

  1. Click Bulk Import from the menu.
  2. Click the [With Media] tab at the top of the Bulk Import CSV file format description.
  3. Click [Open Media Library].
  4. Click [Add Media] to select the image or video you want to upload, or drag and drop files to upload. You can upload multiple files at once.

Copy Media File Names and Enter Them into a CSV File​

  1. Open the Media Library screen.
  2. Click the [Copy File Name] icon for the image or video you want to bulk import.
  3. Paste the copied file name into the media column of the CSV file.

Characters Not Allowed in File Names​

The following characters cannot be used in file names.

:Colon
*Asterisk
?Question Mark
"Double Quotation Mark
< >Angle Brackets
|Vertical Bar

Media Upload Capacity​

You can upload media to the media library without any capacity limits.

Media that can be scheduled for posts has restrictions on capacity, number of files, formats, etc., depending on the SNS. For details, please refer to Postable Content.
