Overview of the Free Trial
Eligibility for the Free Trial
The Free Trial is applicable to SocialDog accounts upgrading to a paid plan for the first time.
If there is a history of a previous free trial, you will not be eligible for another free trial. When the Free Trial is applicable, "Free Trial" will be displayed on the screen.
Billing During the Free Trial
No charges will be incurred whatsoever during the Free Trial period.
If you cancel during the Free Trial period, no charges will be incurred.
If you do not cancel during the Free Trial period, you will be automatically charged at the end of the Free Trial, and you can continue using the paid plan.
Feature Limitations During the Free Trial
During the Free Trial period for paid plans, certain features are limited.
These limitations will be removed upon the conclusion of the Free Trial.
Features Limited During the Free Trial
- CSV Download
- Number of data records in CSV files: up to 10 records
- Campaigns
- Campaign applicants: up to 10 users will be collected. Users beyond the 10th will not be collected during the trial period.
- After the trial period ends, users from the 11th onward will be displayed sequentially.
To Utilize Features Limited During the Free Trial
You can utilize these features by canceling and ending your Free Trial, and then re-subscribing to a paid plan.

Initiating a Paid Plan Free Trial
You can start a Free Trial for all plans directly from the web.

Changing Your Plan or Billing Cycle During the Free Trial
Please refer to Upgrading to a Paid Plan | Using a Paid Plan.
During the Free Trial, you can change your plan (Personal Plan, Professional Plan, Business Plan, Enterprise Plan) and billing cycle (annual or monthly billing).
In this case, the Free Trial period will not be altered, and no charges will be incurred during the Free Trial period.
