Free Trial Overview
Who is Eligible for a Free Trial
Free trials are applied to SocialDog accounts that are changing to a paid plan for the first time.
If you have a history of free trials, a free trial will not be applied. If a free trial is applied, "Free Trial" will be displayed on the screen.
Pricing During Free Trial
No fees will be incurred during the free trial.
If you cancel during the free trial period, no fees will be incurred.
If you do not cancel during the free trial period, charges will automatically be incurred at the end of the free trial, and you can continue to use the paid plan.
Feature Limitations During Free Trial
During the free trial period of the paid plan, some features are restricted.
These restrictions will be lifted when the free trial ends.
Features Restricted During the Free Trial
- CSV Download
- Number of data entries in CSV file: Up to 10
- Campaigns
- Number of applicants displayed: Up to 10 users
- Users from the 11th entry onwards will still be collected during the trial period, but will not be displayed until you switch to a paid plan.
- After switching to a paid plan, users from the 11th entry onwards will be displayed.
- Number of applicants displayed: Up to 10 users
You can use them by canceling to end the free trial and then switching to a paid plan again.

You can start a free trial for all plans from the web.

Changing Plan / Billing Cycle During Free Trial

You can change your plan (Personal Plan, Professional Plan, Business Plan, Enterprise Plan) and billing cycle (annual payment, monthly payment) during the free trial.
In this case, the free trial period will not change, and no fees will be incurred during the free trial period.
