This section explains how to change to a paid plan (from a Free plan) and how to modify the contents of a paid plan.

How to Change to a Paid Plan

You can change your plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) at any time.

1. Click the menu in the lower left and open Plans / Billing.
2. Click [Change Plan].
3. Click [Monthly Payment] or [Annual Payment].
4. Click [Start Free Trial] or [Select this Plan] for the plan you wish to use.
5. Enter your payment method.
   1. You can use a credit card or invoice payment.
6. Click [Proceed to Confirmation Screen].
7. The confirmation screen will be displayed. Please check the contents displayed on the screen, including the changes and notes.
8. Click [Change Plan] or [Start Free Trial].
   1. If an identity verification screen (3D Secure) from your credit card company is displayed, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete identity verification. For a free trial, completing identity verification will not immediately incur a charge.

When you change to a paid plan for the first time, a free trial will be applied. For details, please refer to Try a paid plan for free (Free Trial).

tip

You cannot change to a lower-tier paid plan. You can change to a paid plan once you cancel your current paid plan and switch to a Free plan.

What Happens When You Change from a Paid Plan to Another Paid Plan

• Fees for the unused period of the previous plan
  • Calculated on a pro-rata basis and converted into "credits," which will be applied to future invoices.
• Billing Cycle
  • It will be reset, and the day you changed your plan will be the start date, initiating a new 1-month or 1-year billing cycle.

tip

When changing from a paid plan to a Free plan (cancellation), paid plan usage will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and no credits for the unused period will be generated.

Example

If you change your plan as follows on May 10th:

How to Check Your Billing Cycle and Free Trial Period

1. Click the menu in the lower left and open Plans / Billing.
2. You can check your next billing date and the end date of your free trial period.
