This document explains how to upgrade to a Paid Plan (from a Free Plan) and how to change your Paid Plan details.

Upgrading to a Paid Plan

You can change your plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) at any time.

1. Click the menu in the bottom left and open Plan / Billing.
2. Click [Change Plan].
3. Click [Monthly Billing] or [Annual Billing].
4. Click [Start Free Trial] or [Select This Plan] for the desired plan.
5. Enter your payment method.
   1. You can pay by credit card or invoice.
6. Click [Proceed to Confirmation].
7. A confirmation screen will appear. Review the displayed information, including changes and important notes.
8. Click [Change Plan] or [Start Free Trial].
   1. If a credit card company's identity verification screen (3D Secure) appears, follow the on-screen instructions to complete verification. For a free trial, no immediate charges will be incurred by completing identity verification.

tip

If you are upgrading to a Paid Plan for the first time, a free trial will be applied. For details, refer to Try Paid Plans for Free (Free Trial).

tip

You cannot downgrade to a lower-tier Paid Plan. You can upgrade to a Paid Plan once you cancel your current Paid Plan and revert to the Free Plan.

What Happens When Changing from One Paid Plan to Another

• Charges for the unused period of the previous plan
  • This will be prorated and converted into a "credit" to be applied to future invoices.
• Billing Cycle
  • It will be reset, and the date of the plan change will become the new start date, initiating a new one-month or one-year billing cycle.

tip

If you change (cancel) from a Paid Plan to the Free Plan, you will continue to use the Paid Plan until the end of the billing cycle, and no credit will be generated for the unused period.

Example of a plan change on May 10th:

Checking Your Billing Cycle and Free Trial Period

1. Click the menu in the bottom left and open Plan / Billing.
2. You can check your next billing date and the end date of your free trial period.
