Paid plan overview
This section describes the types of SocialDog plans and the features and pricing available for each plan.
What are Plans?
To use SocialDog, each team must select one of the available plans.
Each plan varies in available features, the number of linked social media accounts, and pricing.
There are five types of plans: "Free Plan", "Personal Plan", "Professional Plan", "Business Plan", and "Enterprise Plan". Only the Free Plan is free; all other plans are paid.
A single team cannot use multiple plans. If you wish to use multiple plans, you must separate your teams. A single SocialDog account can manage multiple teams. For details, see Manage Team Settings.
Available Features
Features increase in the order of "Free Plan", "Personal Plan", "Professional Plan", "Business Plan", and "Enterprise Plan".

Payment Methods
The following are available:
Billing Cycles (Monthly vs. Annual Payment)
Paid plans are automatically renewed every one month or one year.
You can choose between two billing cycles. Billing (payment) occurs at the start of each billing cycle.
- Monthly Payment
- You pay for one month's fee once a month.
- Annual Payment
- You pay for one year's fee once a year.
Annual payment can save you up to 50% compared to monthly payment.
There is no minimum usage period. You can use a paid plan for just one month with monthly payment. If you cancel, automatic renewal will cease. For details, see Canceling a Paid Plan (Changing to Free Plan).
How Billing Cycles are Calculated
The billing cycle runs from the plan's start date and time to the same date and time one month or one year later.
If a free trial is applied, the billing cycle begins when the free trial ends.
If the next month does not have the same day, it will be the next day.
Examples
- When a 7-day free trial is applied to a paid monthly plan:
- May 10, 3:00 PM: Free trial begins
- Around May 17, 3:00 PM: First billing
- Around June 17, 3:00 PM: Second billing
- If you start using a paid monthly plan on May 31:
- May 31: Paid plan activated
- July 1: Second billing (because June 31 does not exist)
- July 31: Third billing
- August 31: Fourth billing
You can adjust your contract start date by starting a free trial of a paid plan 7 days before your desired contract start date, or by applying for a paid plan on that specific day. You can also arrange the contract start date in advance. Please consult support.
Changing Billing Cycles
If you change your billing cycle (annual or monthly payment), a new billing cycle will begin at that time.
