This page explains the types of SocialDog plans and the features and fees available with each plan.

What is a Plan?

To use SocialDog, each team must select a Plan.

Each Plan has different available features, number of Social profiles that can be linked, and fees.

There are five types of Plans: Free plan, Personal plan, Professional plan, Business plan, and Enterprise plan. Only the Free plan is free; other Plans are paid.

tip

A single team cannot use multiple Plans. If you wish to use multiple Plans, you must separate your teams. You can use multiple teams with one SocialDog Account. For details, please refer to Manage Team Settings.

Available Features

The available features increase in the order of Free plan, Personal plan, Professional plan, Business plan, and Enterprise plan.

For available features, please refer to Features available for each Plan.

Paid plan features are available on both browser and app versions.

Fees

SocialDog's fees are as follows:

• Personal plan
  • Monthly: 1,980 JPY/month
  • Yearly: 17,760 JPY/year (1,480 JPY/month)
• Professional plan
  • Monthly: 9,800 JPY/month
  • Yearly: 59,760 JPY/year (4,980 JPY/month)
• Business plan
  • Monthly: 29,800 JPY/month
  • Yearly: 237,600 JPY/year (19,800 JPY/month)

tip

• For Enterprise plan fees, please contact us.
• All displayed amounts are tax-exclusive. You will be billed including tax.
• There are no plans specifically for agencies. Business plan and Enterprise plan are available.
• If you choose Yearly, you will pay for one year of service in a lump sum.

Maximum Number of Linked Social profiles

Each Plan allows you to link the following number of Social profiles (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads).

• Enterprise plan: 10
• Business plan: 5
• Professional: 3 (1 X Account only)
• Personal plan: 2 (1 X Account only)
• Free plan: 2 (1 X Account only)

tip

It is possible to link 11 or more Social profiles with an individual estimate. Addition during the billing cycle is also possible. If desired, please include the number of Social profiles and contact support. We have experience with implementations of 50 or more Accounts.

Maximum Team members

• Enterprise plan: 20 users
• Business plan: 5 users
• Professional: 1 user
• Personal plan: 1 user
• Free plan: 1 user

tip

It is possible to add 21 or more Team members with an individual estimate. Addition during the billing cycle is also possible. If desired, please include the desired number of users and contact support.

Payment Methods

The following are available:

• Credit Card Payment
• Invoice Payment (Bank Transfer)

Billing Cycles (Monthly and Yearly)

Paid plans are automatically renewed every month or year.

You can choose between two billing cycles. Billing (payment) occurs at the start of the billing cycle.

• Monthly
  • You pay for one month's fee once a month.
• Yearly
  • This method involves paying for one year's fee once a year.
  • This is up to 50% cheaper than monthly payments.

tip

• There is no minimum contract period. You can use a paid plan for just one month with monthly payment.
• Regarding Cancellation
  • If you Cancel plan in the middle of a billing cycle, you can continue to use the paid plan until the end of that billing cycle. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
  • If you Cancel plan, automatic renewal will stop. For details, please refer to Cancel paid plan (Change to Free plan).

How Billing Cycles Are Calculated

The billing cycle runs from the plan start date and time to the same date and time each month or year.

If a free trial is applied, the billing cycle begins when the free trial ends.

If there is no corresponding date in the following month, it will be the next day.

Examples

• When a 7-day free trial is applied to a paid plan with monthly payment
  • May 10, 3 PM: Free trial starts
  • May 17, around 3 PM: First billing
  • June 17, around 3 PM: Second billing
• If you start using a paid plan (monthly payment) on May 31
  • May 31: Paid plan contract starts
  • July 1: Second billing (because there is no June 31)
  • July 31: Third billing
  • August 31: Fourth billing

I want to specify the contract start date (billing cycle start date).

You can adjust the contract start date by starting a free trial of a paid plan 7 days before the desired contract start date, or by applying for a paid plan on that date. You can also adjust the contract start date in advance. Please consult support.

Change Billing Cycle

If you Change the billing cycle (Yearly or Monthly), a new billing cycle will start at that point.
