About Cancellation

When Your Paid Plan Changes to the Free Plan After Cancellation

After cancellation, your plan will switch to the Free plan (free of charge) at the timings indicated below. Once your plan changes to the Free plan, you will no longer be able to use the features of the paid plan.

• If you are on a free trial
  • Immediately after cancellation
• If you are not on a free trial
  • At the end of the current billing cycle
    • You can continue to use the features of the paid plan until the end of the billing cycle.

How to Cancel Your Paid Plan

1. Click the menu in the bottom left, then open Plan / Payment.
2. Click [Cancel].
3. Click [Continue Cancellation].
4. After answering the survey, click [Submit].
   Please wait without closing the screen until you are redirected to the next page.

How to Undo "Paid Plan Cancellation"

If you are using a paid plan with credit card payment, you can undo the "Paid Plan Cancellation" before your plan changes to the Free plan.

1. Click Plan/Payment.
2. Click [Undo Cancellation].
3. When the message [Are you sure you want to undo the cancellation?] appears, click [OK].
