About Downgrading​

Timing of Downgrade to Free Plan After Paid Plan Cancellation​

After cancellation, your plan will be changed to the Free Plan (no charge) at the following times. Once downgraded to the Free Plan, Paid Plan features will no longer be available.

  • During Free Trial
    • Immediately upon cancellation
  • Not During Free Trial
    • At the end of the current billing cycle
      • You can continue to use Paid Plan features until the end of the billing cycle.

How to Cancel Your Paid Plan​

  1. Click the menu in the bottom left corner and open Plan / Billing.
  2. Click [Cancel Subscription].
  3. Click [Continue Cancellation].
  4. After answering the survey, click [Submit]. Please wait without closing the screen until the next page loads.

How to Undo Paid Plan Cancellation​

If you are using a Paid Plan with credit card payment, you can undo the Paid Plan cancellation before it changes to the Free Plan.

  1. Click Plan / Billing.
  2. Click [Undo Cancellation].
  3. When the message [Are you sure you want to undo the cancellation?] appears, click [OK].
