Invoice Payment (Bank Transfer)
This document explains the mechanism and usage of invoice payment (bank transfer).
What is Invoice Payment?
- It is a payment method where you make a bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice sent via email.
- This service utilizes "NP Kakebarai" provided by Net Protections, Inc.
Eligible Users
- Corporations
- Sole proprietors can also use this service.
Payment Terms
- Monthly billing closes at the end of the month, with payment due by the end of the following month.
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- Convenience store payments are not available.
Invoices
- Delivery Date
- The second business day of the month following the charge accrual date.
- How to Check Invoices
- Email (attached as a PDF file)
- The sender will be Net Protections, Inc.
- You can set a different email address for invoice delivery than the one used for logging into SocialDog.

- Invoice Contents
- The invoice PDF will include a digital corporate seal of Net Protections, Inc.

Billing Timing
With invoice payment, the payment due date is the end of the month following the month in which charges were incurred.
Charges are incurred at the following timings:
- When you switch to a paid plan
- If a free trial applies, at the end of the free trial period (the date charges are incurred).
- When your contract is renewed.
- When you change your plan.
Billing Example
Example for signing up for a free trial of a paid plan on August 25th:

Using a Paid Plan with Invoice Payment
- From your PC, open Change Plan.
- Invoice payment applications cannot be made from smartphone browser versions or apps.
- Set the payment method to [Invoice Payment] and enter your company name, address, phone number, invoice delivery email address, etc. Please ensure that company names and other details are entered accurately, as inaccurate information may result in failure to pass Net Protections, Inc.'s credit screening.
- Switch to a paid plan.
- An invoice will be delivered via email on the second business day of the month following the month in which the paid service began (or the day the free trial period ended, if applicable).
- Please make the payment via bank transfer according to the invoice. Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Changing from Credit Card Payment to Invoice Payment
- Open Change Payment Method.
- Select [Invoice Payment] and enter the required information such as your company name and address.
- Any charges incurred after changing to invoice payment will be billed via invoice.
If there are any outstanding charges billed before the change to invoice payment, they will continue to be billed via credit card.

Changing Invoice Payment Billing Information
You can change the billing information and invoice delivery email address for your registered invoice payment.
- Open Payment Method.
- Select [Invoice Payment (for Corporations and Sole Proprietors only)].
- Enter the new billing information.
- Click [Change].
Notes
- For billing agency services, claims for payment will be transferred to Net Protections, Inc.
- This service cannot be used if you do not pass Net Protections, Inc.'s credit screening. In such cases, you will be contacted by support.
- With invoice payment, you cannot download PDF invoices or receipts directly from SocialDog.
- If payment for invoice billing cannot be confirmed, your plan will automatically revert to the Free plan.
- Invoice payment is only available in Japanese Yen.
