This section explains the Invoice payment (Bank Transfer) system and how to use it.

What is Invoice payment?

  • This is a payment method for bank transfers to the bank account specified in the invoice sent by email.
  • This service utilizes Net Protections, Inc.'s "NP Kakebarai."

Who can use it?

  • Corporations
  • Sole proprietors can use it.

Invoice

  • Sending Date
    • The second business day of the month following the date charges are incurred.
  • How to Check Your Invoice
    • Email (attached as a PDF file)
      • The sender will be Net Protections, Inc.
      • You can set a different Invoice email address than the one used for logging into SocialDog.

Billing Timing

With Invoice payment, the payment due date is the end of the month following the month in which charges are incurred.

Charges are incurred at the following timings:

  • When you Change to a paid Plan
    • If a free trial applies, at the end of the free trial (the date charges are incurred)
  • When your contract is renewed
  • When you Change your Plan

Example: If you apply for a free trial of a paid Plan on August 25

Using a Paid Plan with Invoice Payment

  1. From your PC, open [Change Plan].
    • You cannot apply for Invoice payment from the smartphone browser version or app.
  2. Set the Payment method to [Invoice payment], and enter your company name, address, phone number, Invoice email address, etc.
    If you do not enter your company name and other details correctly, you will not pass Net Protections, Inc.'s credit screening, so please enter them accurately.
  3. Change to a paid Plan.
    1. An invoice will be sent via email on the second business day of the month following the month in which the paid service begins (or the day the free trial period ends, if applicable).
  4. Please pay by bank transfer according to the invoice.
    Please bear the transfer fees.

Change from Credit Card Payment to Invoice Payment

  1. Open [Change Payment method].
  2. After selecting [Invoice payment], enter the required information such as your company name and address.
  3. After changing to Invoice payment, any charges incurred will be billed via Invoice payment.
tip

If there are unpaid charges billed before the Change to Invoice payment, they will continue to be billed via credit card payment.

Change Invoice Payment Billing Information

You can Change the registered Invoice payment billing information and Invoice email address.

  1. Open [Payment method].
  2. Select [Invoice payment (for corporations and sole proprietors only)].
  3. Enter the new billing information.
  4. Click [Change].

Important Notes

  • For billing agency purposes, the accounts receivable will be transferred to Net Protections, Inc.
  • If you do not pass the credit screening by Net Protections, Inc., you cannot use this service. In such cases, our support team will contact you.
  • With Invoice payment, you cannot download invoice or receipt PDF files from SocialDog.
  • If payment for Invoice payment charges cannot be confirmed, your account will automatically Change to the Free Plan.
  • Invoice payment is only available for Japanese Yen.
