Download invoices, receipts, and bill estimates

This section explains how to download invoices and receipts and how to change the name displayed on them.

Invoices will list your subscribed Plan, period, and details of charges.

Download Invoices and Receipts​

For Credit Card Payments​

  1. Click Plan/Payment.
  2. From Invoice history, click [Invoice] or [Receipt].
  3. You can download the PDF file.

For Invoice payment​

Please refer to Invoice | Invoice Payment (Bank Transfer).

Change the Name (Company Name) Displayed on Invoices and Receipts​

For Credit Card Payments​

  1. Click Plan/Payment.
  2. Click [Change invoice name].
  3. Enter the name to be displayed on invoices and receipts, then click [Change name].

For Invoice payment​

Please refer to Invoice Payment (Bank Transfer).

Download Bill estimate​

  1. Click Plan/Payment.
  2. From Estimated amount to be billed, click [Bill estimate].
  3. The PDF file will be downloaded.
