This document explains how to download invoices and receipts, and how to change the displayed name.

Your invoices will detail your subscribed plan, billing period, and charges.

How to Download Invoices and Receipts​

For Credit Card Payments​

  1. Click Plan/Billing.
  2. From your billing history, click [Invoice] or [Receipt].
  3. You can then download the PDF file.

For Invoice Payments​

Please refer to Invoice | Invoice Payment (Bank Transfer).

How to Change the Name (Company Name) Displayed on Invoices and Receipts​

For Credit Card Payments​

  1. Click Plan/Billing.
  2. Click [Change Display Name for Invoices/Receipts].
  3. Enter the name you wish to display on invoices and receipts, then click [Change Name].

For Invoice Payments​
