      What is a free trial?

      New users can experience any of SocialDog’s paid plans free of charge for 7 days. Discover the full capabilities and convenience of our premium features during this trial period.

      During the free trial period, you can switch between plans at no additional cost, allowing you to freely try the option that best suits your needs.

      If you cancel your subscription within the 7-day free trial period, you will not be charged any fees.

      Billing After the Free Trial Period

      Once your free trial period ends, your selected plan will be automatically billed to your registered credit card or invoiced accordingly.
      For monthly plans, payment will be processed each month on the start date of your plan; for annual plans, payment will be processed on the same day each year.

      For example: If you sign up for a monthly paid plan’s free trial at 3:00 PM on December 11

      Your free trial will end at 3:00 PM on December 18. The first payment will be processed shortly after the trial concludes. Subsequent monthly charges will occur on the 18th of each month at or after 3:00 PM (e.g., January 18, February 18, March 18, and so on).

      Important Notes

      • The 7-day free trial is available only once per team.
      • If you have previously activated a free trial, a second application will not be eligible for another free trial. If our system detects a record of past free trial usage, you may not be able to activate another trial; in such cases, you will be notified on-screen.

      • For credit card payments, an “authorization” hold may be placed on your card to confirm available funds for your selected plan. When using a debit or prepaid card, your available balance may appear reduced temporarily due to this hold.

      • Some features may be unavailable during the trial period.
