The free trial allows you to try out the features of a paid plan for 7 days completely free of charge.

Free Trial Overview​

Who is Eligible for a Free Trial​

A free trial is applied to SocialDog Accounts that are changing to a paid Plan for the first time.

tip

If you have a history of a free trial, you will not be eligible for another free trial. If a free trial is applicable, "Free Trial" will be displayed on the screen.

Fees During the Free Trial​

No fees will be incurred during the free trial.

If you Cancel plan during the free trial period, no fees will be incurred.

If you do not Cancel plan during the free trial period, fees will automatically be incurred at the end of the free trial, and you can continue to use the paid plan.

Feature Restrictions During the Free Trial Period​

Some features are restricted during the paid Plan's free trial period.

These restrictions will be removed once the free trial ends.

Restricted Features During the Free Trial Period​

  • CSV Download
    • Number of data entries in CSV files: Up to 10 entries
  • Contests
    • Number of applicants displayed: Up to 10 users
      • Users from the 11th entry onwards will still be collected during the trial period, but will not be displayed until you Change to a paid plan.
      • After changing to a paid plan, users from the 11th entry onwards will be displayed.
Using Restricted Features During the Free Trial

You can use them by canceling to end the free trial, and then changing to a paid plan again.

You can start a free trial for All Plans from the web.

Change Plan and Billing Cycle During the Free Trial​

You can Change your Plan (Personal Plan, Professional Plan, Business Plan, Enterprise plan) and billing cycle (Yearly or monthly) during the free trial.

In this case, the free trial period will not be changed, and no fees will be incurred during the free trial period.
