Please log in using your registered email address and password going forward.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding.
About the discontinuation of the “Log in with Twitter” feature
- Discontinuation date: June 1, 2023
After this date, an email address and password will be required to log in to SocialDog.
Note: Users who registered their SocialDog account after March 30 are already unable to use the “Log in with Twitter” feature and so will not experience any changes.
If you have forgotten the email address you registered with SocialDog
Please check the inbox of your email addresses for emails from SocialDog (for example daily reports or notices from SocialDog). The email address that receives these emails is the email address you have registered with SocialDog.
If you have not set or have forgotten your password
If you have not set or have forgotten your SocialDog password, you can set your password using the following procedure.
Note: These steps can also be performed after June 1, 2023.
- Click on " Forgot password ".
- Enter your SocialDog email address.
- Follow the steps in the email sent to you to set your password.
