The 'Log in with Twitter' feature will be discontinued.

We would like to inform you that we have decided to discontinue the "Log in with Twitter" feature on SocialDog, due to enhanced security measures and in response to the monetization of the Twitter API.

From now on, please log in using the email address and password registered with SocialDog.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Discontinuation of the "Log in with Twitter" Feature​

  • Discontinuation Date: Thursday, June 1, 2023

After this date, you will need your email address and password to log in to SocialDog.

  • Please note that customers who registered with SocialDog after May 30, 2023, are already unable to log in with Twitter, so this change will not affect them.

If You Forgot Your Email Address Registered with SocialDog​

Please check your email inbox to see if you have received any emails from SocialDog (e.g., daily reports, announcements from SocialDog). The email address that receives emails from SocialDog is your registered email address with SocialDog.

If You Haven't Set a Password / If You Forgot Your Password​

If you have not set a password for SocialDog or have forgotten your password, you can set it using the following method:

  • Please note that you may perform the following steps on or after Thursday, June 1, 2023.
  1. Click "Forgot your password".
  2. Enter the email address registered with SocialDog.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email sent to the entered email address to set your password.
