Transitioning from Legacy Post to Multi-Post

Thank you for always using SocialDog.

To expand our features, we are discontinuing the conventional posting function, "Conventional Post," which was specialized for X (Twitter) posts, and transitioning to a new posting function, "Multi-Post," which allows simultaneous posting to multiple Social profiles.

Accordingly, effective June 1, 2025, Conventional Post will be progressively phased out for each team, with functions gradually restricted, and will be fully discontinued from August 1, 2025. We kindly ask you to migrate to Multi-Post as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Conventional Post Discontinuation Schedule

Functions will be gradually restricted for each team and progressively phased out.

• Effective June 1, 2025, and thereafter:
  • With Conventional Post, you will no longer be able to create new scheduled posts or Drafts.
  • Existing scheduled posts can be Edited or Deleted for one month. You can also view Post history.
• Effective August 1, 2025, and thereafter:
  • All functions of Conventional Post will become unavailable.

• We are currently developing and improving the Multi-Post function. The schedule is subject to Change.

Supported Social Profiles

• In addition to X (Twitter), you can now Post to Instagram and Facebook.

Calendar

• Day view will no longer be available. You can switch between month and week views.

Post history

• You will no longer be able to Filter or sort.
  • • As an alternative, you can view past Posts by filtering and sorting on the "Post performance" screen.
      • • The "Post performance" function is available for Business and Enterprise plans. It is not available for Personal and Professional plans.

Multi-Post Feature Release Schedule

We are currently in development, and functions equivalent to Conventional Post will become progressively available.

• Late February 2025:
  • You will be able to check Scheduled posts and Post history in the Calendar function.
•  Late March 2025:
  • The Multi-Post function will be available on the SocialDog app.
  • Image editing (resizing, adding text) will be possible on the Post creation screen.
•  Late April 2025:
  • You will be able to Repost (retweet), quote Post (quote tweet), and create Reply posts.
• Late May 2025:
  • Posting using the Chrome extension will switch to Multi-Post.
• Early June 2025:
  • You will be able to migrate Drafts from Conventional Post to Multi-Post Drafts.
• Late July 2025:
  • You will be able to search for Posts by keyword on the Scheduled posts and Drafts screens.
• Early August 2025:
  • You will be able to view the Post history of Conventional Post on the Multi-Post Post history screen.

• The schedule is subject to Change.
