Notice Regarding Feature Restrictions for Lite Plan (Free Plan) Due to Twitter API Monetization

We have partially resumed X (Twitter) functionality for Free Plan users. For details, please refer to Free Plan now supports X (Twitter).

Regarding the feature limitations of paid plans, please refer to this announcement (Added 2023/5/19).

Please be informed that the scheduled posting feature for the Lite Plan (Free) will be discontinued. This will result in additional feature limitations for our users. We kindly ask you to review this information again (Added 2023/5/30).

We are writing to inform you that, due to the recent monetization of the Twitter API, we have decided to significantly limit the features available in SocialDog's Lite Plan (Free Plan).

We sincerely apologize for this sudden announcement to all our users.

At SocialDog, under our product mission of "creating a world where everyone can be a protagonist," we have previously provided many features to Lite Plan users. However, the cost of using the Twitter API after its monetization has become prohibitively expensive, making it difficult to continue providing the same level of functionality to Lite Plan users. Therefore, although this was a difficult decision, we have chosen to significantly limit the features of the Lite Plan.

We thank you for using SocialDog's follower management and keyword monitoring features until now.

Customers who wish to continue using the features that are being discontinued in the Lite Plan are encouraged to consider a paid plan.
