Free Plan now supports X (Twitter)

Thank you for always using SocialDog.

We are pleased to announce that SocialDog will resume providing X (Twitter) features for the Free Plan on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday).

Effective today, the following features will be available even with the Free Plan.

X (Twitter) Account Connection Feature​

Even with the Free Plan, you can now connect up to one X (Twitter) Account to SocialDog.

For information on how to connect your X (Twitter) Account, please refer to Connect X (Twitter) Account.

Transition of Basic Metrics (Dashboard)​

You can view data on the transition of "Followers," "Following," and "Follower/Following ratio" in graph format on the Dashboard.

Post Feature​

The following Post-related features will be available.

  • Up to 5 Posts per month can be made from SocialDog.
  • Up to 10 scheduled posts can be set across X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
  • View Post history from SocialDog.

Background for Resuming X (Twitter) Feature Provision with the Free Plan​

SocialDog aims to "create a world where everyone can utilize social media."

The monetization of the X (Twitter) API in spring 2023 made it difficult to provide X (Twitter) features in the Free Plan. However, we hold a strong belief that we want to support All people who wish to utilize social media, including individual creators and marketers.

Therefore, we decided to resume providing X (Twitter) features for the Free Plan, as we wish to support users in utilizing social media with SocialDog for free whenever possible.

Going forward, we will continue to Add new features and improve existing ones to contribute as much as possible to your social media marketing.

We hope that the resumption of the Free Plan will be a step toward further supporting individual creators and organizations. We look forward to your continued patronage.
