Between May 3rd and May 6th, an incident occurred where data updates for dashboards, analytics, and follower/following data were not performed.

### Incident Details

- Between May 3rd and May 6th, an incident occurred where data updates for dashboards, analytics, and follower/following data were not performed. This inability to update data resulted in partial data loss.
- Data updates are currently being performed normally.

### Duration

- Approximately 9:00 AM on Friday, May 3, 2024 \~ Approximately 4:00 AM on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 (JST)

### Affected Users

- All X (Twitter) accounts registered with SocialDog

### Affected Features

- Dashboard, Follower Analytics, and Follower features
- Follower features (e.g., New Followers feature) other than the "Reactions to Posts" feature

### Data from May 3rd to May 6th

- It is not possible to reacquire data that could not be obtained. We appreciate your understanding.
- Data changes that occurred between May 3rd and May 6th will be reflected collectively upon resumption of updates. The date of reflection may vary depending on the timing of the update.
  - If updated between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM on May 7th: Data changes that occurred between May 3rd and May 6th will be reflected as "data as of May 6th."
  - If updated after 9:00 AM on May 7th: Data changes that occurred between May 3rd and May 7th will be reflected as "data as of May 7th."

### Cause

- Data acquisition from X (Twitter), the data source, was not performed correctly.
- The detailed cause is currently under investigation.
