Download CSV data for Inbox, Followers, and Post Engagement.
You can download user and post data as CSV files.
Files can be downloaded in batches of 10,000 records. A maximum of 50,000 records can be downloaded per day.
CSV downloads are only available on PC browsers.
Download CSV files
- From the menu, click Inbox or Followers.
- Click [...] in the upper right corner → [CSV Download].
- Click the number of records you want to download.
Parameters included in the CSV file

| User Name | User name (@name) |
| Display Name | "Name" in the profile |
| Location | "Location" in the profile |
| Description | "Description" in the profile |
| Profile URL | URL to the X (Twitter) account profile |
| Profile Image URL | URL of the icon image |
| Default Image | Whether it's a default icon (FALSE=not a default icon, TRUE=default icon) |
| Profile Website | URL of the website set in the profile |
| Private | Whether the account is private (FALSE=public, TRUE=private) |
| Verified | Whether the account is verified (FALSE=not verified, TRUE=verified) |
| Following | Number of users followed |
| Followers | Number of followers |
| Posts | Number of posts |
| Lists | Number of lists (same as displayed on the X profile page) |
| Latest Post Time | Latest post time |
| Time Zone | Time zone |
| UTC Offset | UTC offset (currently not obtainable) |
| X (Twitter) Start Date | X (Twitter) account creation date and time |
