Change the user sort order

In the "Inbox" and "Followers" sections, you can change the order of users. By combining with "Filter"s, you can display specific users.

  • "Follow" by "Followers" "Descending"
  • Unfollow by "Last Updated" "Oldest first"

Available Sorting Options​

You can set the following sorting options.

Newest first​

The order displayed for "Newest first" varies depending on the screen.

  • Not following: Date and time followed by them
  • Non-followers: Date and time you followed them
  • Inactive: Date and time you followed them
  • New followers: Date and time followed by them
  • New unfollowers: Date and time unfollowed
  • Keep list: Date and time added to "Keep list"
  • Hidden list: Date and time added to "Hidden list"
  • Following: Date and time you "Follow"ed
  • Followers: Date and time followed by them

Oldest first​

This is the reverse order of "Newest first".

Following Descending / Following Ascending​

"Descending" and "Ascending" order of "Following" counts.

Followers Descending / Followers Ascending​

"Descending" and "Ascending" order of "Followers" counts.

Post Descending / Post Ascending​

"Descending" and "Ascending" order of "Post" counts.

Follower/Following ratio Descending / Follower/Following ratio Ascending​

"Descending" and "Ascending" order of "Follower/Following ratio" (Follower count ÷ Following count).

Closest to 1 in Follower/Following ratio​

This sorts by the smallest distance from 1 for the "Follower/Following ratio" (Follower count ÷ Following count).

This is useful for narrowing down users who are more likely to "Follow back".

Post Date Newest first / Post Date Oldest first​

"Newest first" and "Oldest first" order of the latest "Post" date and time for the relevant user.

Last Updated Newest first / Last Updated Oldest first​

"Newest first" and "Oldest first" order of the last "Post" date and time.

Date joined X (Twitter) Newest first / Date joined X (Twitter) Oldest first​

"Newest first" and "Oldest first" order of the date and time you registered for X (Twitter).

tip

If the follower count is 100,000 or more, sorting options other than "Newest first" and "Oldest first" are not available on the "Followers" screen. For details, please see Functions unavailable for X Accounts with a large number of followers | Link X (Twitter) Account.
