Overview of Post Reactions

What you can do

  • In "Post Reactions", reactions such as "reposts (retweets), likes, replies, and quote posts (quote tweets)" to your posts are automatically collected.
  • You can perform actions such as following, reposting, and replying to the collected users and posts.
  • You can download the data as a CSV file.
  • You can conduct a drawing for the collected users and posts.

Reactions that can be acquired

Excluding "data that cannot be acquired," you can acquire the following user reactions to posts from accounts linked to SocialDog. The reactions to posts that can be acquired vary by plan.

Available Plans
Repost (Retweet)Business Plan・Enterprise Plan
LikesEnterprise Plan
RepliesEnterprise Plan
Quote Posts (Quote Tweets)Enterprise Plan

In the case of replies and quote posts, comments entered by users who reacted with replies or quote posts can also be acquired.

Post Reactions that cannot be acquired

The following data cannot be acquired:

  • Reactions to posts made before you started using the Business or Enterprise plan
  • Reactions to promoted posts from accounts linked to SocialDog
    • If a regular post is distributed as an ad, reactions to that post can be acquired.
  • Reactions to posts by private accounts
  • Other reactions for which data is not delivered from X (Twitter)'s system
tip

The number of reactions displayed on X (Twitter) may differ from the number acquired by the post reaction feature for the following reasons:

  • X (Twitter) displays the number of reposts and likes, including reactions to posts that cannot be acquired.
  • This is because X displays "reposts + quote posts," while SocialDog only displays "reposts."
If a large proportion of your followers have private accounts, the acquisition rate for post reactions may decrease.

The average acquisition rate for reposts (retweets) in "Post Reactions" was approximately 92% (*).

*Average percentage of users acquired by "Post Reactions" relative to the number of reposts (retweets) displayed on the posts, based on 5,000 posts for which data was acquired in "Post Reactions" from October 2020 to mid-January 2021.
